Horrible experience with sales rep
I was interested in viewing a property and had a phone call with a sales rep. This person was so rude and shared that the property got offers already (the town house, in South London, was published that day and wasn't even finished) and that they haven't even chatted with their subsidiaries in China, Dubai, etc yet. I was supposed/needed to compete with people from overseas. Well, I'm a proud UK resident and full UK tax payer. Keep selling to cash payers overseas (as the sales rep said).

Quick to resolve issues
The team from Benham and Reeves who manage my properties respond to my requests and resolve issues quickly. Melvin, the Malaysia country manager is always very helpful and accessible which makes things so much easier. Adrian Ciot has on many occasions offered to help me resolve problems with building management.

I have had great experiences with Benham & Reeves ever since year 2018. The process was smooth and clearly explained from the first viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. The staff are professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any queries. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication throughout the tenancy is excellent.
