B&R deliver excellent rental services

Lisa-Jane was first class. She steered us through a tricky situation and we were most pleased with the outcome. Administrative help was excellent too (thank you Thuraya).

We rate the services we are receiving from Benham & Reeves in the management of our property as excellent. We have not experienced voids and the tenancy agreements currently managed by Anne Benjamin, have always been seamless. The maintenance of the flat has been superb, especially
currently being managed by Kayleigh Weston, as evidenced by the periodic inspection reports which rate the state of the flat above average after over 10 years rental except for normal wear and tear. Rental payments are timely as per the agreements. The synergy of operations within the organisation gives us rest of mind as issues are resolved seamlessly.
We look forward for continued years of such services from Benham and Reeves.

Moving is never a fun experience, atleast for me, however Amelia was really helpful and made the transition smooth and seamless. Really appreciated her responding to all our questions.

Starts off okey. When issues then you have a headache. My tiles broke in my shower, it got fixed after a week and guess what after 2 weeks it was back to being broken. Shower flooded flat underneath me and I was asked to shower in the residence gym. Living in one blackfriars which I’d say is supposed to be a luxury residence, it seemed more like less of luxury but a headache. Last week before moving I had to go down between un convenient hours to shower in a shower thats probably been used by 10 others that day which is a bit nasty. Of course no solution or compensation! Not even an apology … apart from that checking out is fairly quick but then you have to beg for your deposit back as they ask for every single utility bill. Btw this against the Tenancy deposit scheme rules. So total nonense too. They probably try to retain deposit as long as possible to get a bit of extra interest. Regarding to the utilities for anyone and including b&R replying, according to TDS the tenant is responsible and it’s against the rules to retain deposit because of utilities, whether they were paid or no. So even if any of you decide not to pay ur bills, its illegal to retain it:) don’t listen to them and just claim with TDS

12 years and counting having B&H as our property managers. We have experienced many ups and some downs with the tenants who have rented our apartment but the level of support and professionalism shown by B&H has remained constant.
Our current property manager, Kayleigh, has continued to display the same high level of professionalism and care we have become familiar with. She is prompt in responding, provides detailed information enabling us make the right decision and ensuring that our interests are protected.
And even as we enter a phase where they might not earn any income from us, their support has not waned. Signing on with them all those years ago, was definitely a wise decision.

I had an excellent experience with Benhams. From the very start, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. Nick and Darcey were particularly helpful — they made the entire tenancy process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled promptly. I am deeply impressed by Adrian Ciot, Property Management Administrator, for his exceptional dedication in handling an erroneous heat supply bill issued by the billing company to me with my tenants recently. Adrian’s swift actions in contacting the tenants not only led to correcting the billing amount by the billing company but also settling the corrected bill promptly by the tenants. His proactive follow-up, attention to detail, professional advice, and responsiveness to my inquiries were truly commendable. Despite the ongoing resolution process, during which he is diligently following up on the unresolved issues concerning the remaining wrongly billed amount, I have complete trust in his expertise and professionalism, given his meticulous management of my property in London over the past few years.

Kudos also to Ajay Choli and other colleagues who manage my property in London, and Makayla Chu from the Hong Kong Office, for their excellent services consistently as well. With this dedicated team, my property is undoubted in great hands!

Such a fantastic letting agent who are really attentive to our requests. Their communication is great, consistently ensure that the house is in good condition and tend to any issues in a speedy manor. Specifically Kayleigh is a pleasure to have as our point of contact and makes letting a house in London stress free.

We get to deal with a very efficient and supportive team, locally and abroad. Issues are always attended and resolved as quickly as it comes. Kudos to Adrian, Konszuela, Yatendra and those that we might have overlooked.

Denisa Markusekova, Property Manager (Benham and Reeves, Hyde Park) looked after the apartment my family and I rented from Benham & Reeves for three years. She was professional, resourceful always accessible and responsive when we had problems with the property and advocated for us when there were wider Falmouth House building issues. I would strongly recommend Denisa as a Property Manger, always.

Kayleigh Weston has been an amazing property manager. From our first introduction, she’s been very professional and easy to talk. During our end of tenancy with our deposit refund, we had an issue with some utility bills that prevented the completion. Kayleigh kept the communication clear and professional and was very helpful with advice. She was extremely patient and understanding and never made it feel as if anything was too much, until we received our deposit refund back.

It's rare to find someone so genuinely caring in this role, she’s a credit to the company. I cannot thank Kayleigh enough.
