Oh Geez, screwed again. No receipt, no book, nothing. Do not order from these fools. No hardcover books here. They are LIARS.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews on Belomero before my “purchase” and ordered a “hard copy” book and when I emailed them 3 weeks later asking where is my book, they replied in their email, e-books/digital read ONLY! I asked for a full refund and they will not refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! False advertisement and trickery at its finest! I cant even say I received an e-book?? Never did see that in my email! They advertise on their page “free shipping” and “hard copy”! SMH!

Totally fraud..their website so not legit..its international charges and none of their books downloads. it doesn't say e-book on their website....its a SCAM!!!! do not buy anything from them!!

Just like the other complaints. I ordered abook for my kid. Site doesn't say it's an ebook but that you will receive an email. Usually you get an email when you order something online anyway. Go to email see a download button so I hit it....immediate 404 error message. Called my credit card company to dispute charge immediately. Requesting new card all together. Scam!!!

This is a big scam! They took my money and no book. I tried to call them but no. was disconnected. I emailed them with no response. They need to be put out of business! They claim they will send the book in 2 or 3 days. Nothing but a big hoax!!!

Although I cancelled my order immediately, they will not refund my $. They say that Terms and Conditions state that they sell only EBooks (I wanted paper)...but the link not easily visible.
If they were honest, they would note that it was an ebook next to the cover of book

I was fooled like everyone else. Thought I was ordering a hardback book as a gift. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

I was cheated out of my money. I purchased a book on the website. No where on the page did it say it was a ebook. I wanted a hard copy and was under the impression that what I was purchasing. This website is a scam, there is no way to get your money back.

Same as most here...was led to believe I was buying a hard cover book, but instead it was a download. I feel SO DECEIVED.

I was waiting for my book, and realized it was an electronic copy later. They asked for my shipping address, and no where was it visible that it was an e-book.

I ordered a book from them since the price was good and when I entered my zip code it popped up as “free shipping”, so I naturally assumed I would be shipped a physical book. I also had to put in my shipping address. It wasn’t until I received an email with a download link that I realized I would only be receiving an electronic product. The website never mentioned eBooks, it is buried in the terms and conditions that they only sell eBooks, which I found out when they refused to refund my purchase.

Edited to add that they refunded my purchase after I let them know I intended to post a negative review and report the purchase to my credit card company as a scam.

Same as the others. I wondered why my friend, who was desperately depressed I might add, did not thank me for the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. He was suicidal and I thank God that I sent a Tolle video. It “took” and he watched more of them. That was July 1 and he is so much better for having Tolle guidance. We all know what a gift does and that specific book would have been so timely. I shake my head.

What we put out comes back to us. I will forgive the people at this company and say a prayer for them with love in my heart.

Same as all reviews on here - they only sell eBooks, but you have to dig through their 'terms and conditions' to find that. Very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone.

Shame on this company and their deception! They make you think you are ordering a hard copy book and don’t think you can get your money back. You can get a “25 coupon” .. whatever that is?! They caught me but may god forgive their cheating hearts.

Tried to purchase a novel and was sent a link for a download. There is ZERO mention that it is an eBook on the website and they won't refund my money.

Thought I was buying a hardback book because it said free shipping. Now they will not refund my money. Bad company do not buy from! Best Regards!

I thought I was ordering a book, need to read the fine print, all books on this site are e-books. The site shows free shipping. When I contacted the company they told me it is listed in the terms and conditions.

ZERO stars for Belomero actually (but, unfortunately that wasn’t an option). I received NOTHING for my purchase. Hope low-life Belomero dudes enjoy the $$$ i sent them. BAD business karma will trash them in the end!

Thought I was buying a physical book. It was advertised with "free shipping," that it was "in stock," and nowhere on the book's page on their site did they mention it being a PDF. 'Caveat emptor,' I suppose, but a poor business model regardless.
