I don't even want to give this a star I am so mad at this whole process. This site is a scam! I paid with PayPal and I created a case against this shop owner. PayPal has now escalated the case and is dealing with it. I hate the feeling of being taken advantage of. This site needs to be shut down!

Sells digital only copies but appears to sell physical copies. She doesn’t have this information anywhere on her site and refuses refunds. DO NOT use either sites. Total rip off.

Im filing a claim with PayPal, how do they even let this person have an account? Why would you list the format as hardcover if its an ebook? When I asked this via email you told me I should have read your terms and conditions? What is up with that? Horrible business model. Just write that its an ebook in the format and you can very easily avoid this because clearly im not the only one. Updated to add PayPal gave me a refund.

This scam website needs to be shut down! My mom ordered what she thought was a physical book, seemed too good to be true since it was much cheaper than other sites. She didn't receive a confirmation or tracking, nothing. On the cc statement, it showed as a different name (Paypal Raymondwest) but she didn't even use PayPal to pay. I saw there was no contact info on the website so obviously a total scam.

Nowhere on their site do they ever indicate that you're buying an e-book. In fact, the book I ordered --which I assumed was a used hardcover-- was advertised as "with free shipping." SCAM.

This website is a scam. I ordered a book Live Not By Lies the hardcopy. Nowhere on the site did it say it was a digital book. And after a week I emailed them because I didn't hear from them or receive my book. They told me it was a digital book and they sent me an email to download. I asked them for a refund and they said no refunds but would give me credit. I asked them to resend the email to download. They never did.

Scammers. Ordered a hardcover of book ironically titled Live Not By Lies with free shipping. When it didn’t arrive I emailed them. They responded but it was clear they would not refund even sending a screenshot of their false ad. They claimed it was an ebook but I never received a link. I should have read the reviews here before ordering.

I ordered a book and received absolutely nothing. So disappointing. No response from the company to my emails.

This is mis-leading: It is an ebook, not a real "book" as the merchant claims.

Scam! Ebooks advertised as hardcovers with free shipping. Virtual Con Artists. Should've just ordered off of Amazon that's what I get for being cheap.

Terrible experience! I did not see anywhere in the listing (and cannot find the listing to check how small the notice was, if any, about it being digital) that the book I ordered was digital. When I wrote asking when my book was going to be shipped to me, I got an email with a download which I did NOT download. I requested a refund and was refused even though I did not yet receive/use/open the download. Very bad customer service. This was a purchase in the amount of ONLY $2.50!

I've been duped! The book I ordered through Belomero listed the format as "hardcover" with free shipping. I entered all my shipping information but received a link to a download instead of the paper copy as advertised. When I emailed the company, they said they don't do refunds and gave me a $25 coupon code to use on other books on their site. The coupon code was expired by several months.

They are scammers. They only sell digital books. No refunds. AVOID

They are a scam site. Always use paypal, and dispute it. I am in the middle of a dispute. They mislead you into thinking you bought a paperback and then they email you a digital download. They won't refund.

Very deceitful company. They do not make it clear that all of their books are digital. Do not order from this company. They will not make right the error of their ways. Shame on them!

Scam! I thought I was ordering a book. No where in description does it mention that it’s an ebook. They won’t refund, but I filed a claim with PayPal.

SCAM ALERT - STAY AWAY

This company appears to sell real books but buries the fact that they are Ebooks in the terms and conditions. They will not provide a refund, even if the book is not downloaded.

I am an experienced online book buyer and deal with many other vendors. Ebooks are always very clearly marked as such. Belomero cheats and ruins the reputation of other vendors. They are a pure scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am so upset. I ordered two copies of a book for myself and my sister. The first red flag was an international charge. The second was that they sent me a link to an ebook. That was not what was advertised. They asked for a shipping adress! I asked for a refund but i doubt ill see one. Cleary a SCAM

I am one of the lucky ones that read reviews before purchase. Was just about to purchase a book that was advertised as Hard Copy, free shipping, when I took a step back and did the research. And am I glad I did. Thank you all for your reviews and heads up.

Oh Geez, screwed again. No receipt, no book, nothing. Do not order from these fools. No hardcover books here. They are LIARS.
