This is the worst website I've ever done encountered. I ordered a book, believing it was a "real" book, not an e-book. No where on the site does it state the book is electronic. It even offered "free shipping." I contacted them and was told no refunds. Do not do business with Belomero!

Thought I was ordering a used book. Nowhere in the description did it state it was a digital book. I was asked for a shipping address and in the description it stated that shipping was free. I reached out to the company to request a refund as I was looking for a hard copy of the book. I got a generic email that said all content is a digital copy and no refunds. I sent them copies of the description of the book n they sent me a generic email that said the same thing as the first email. Do not order from Belomero.com unless you are looking for a digital copy. Horrible customer service. I called the phone number on the website and you just leave a voice-mail.

Not a real book. Just a download.

It was not made aware at any point that the books were not physical, and they even asked for a shipping address, but they did give a refund when requested via email.

STOP!! SCAM ALERT!!

This site is a scam and will take your money with no offer to refund. If you like being misled this site will do it.

This is a scam. I bought a book that offered no shipping charge and even asked for shipping address. I did not receive anything. I had to cancel the credit card I used. Please do not use this company

Nowhere in the page that I ordered a book from did it indicate that it is an "E book". I contacted them and asked where my order is and that is when I found out I ordered the wrong item, not knowing that I did. Informed them of my mistake and asked for a refund. They refused to issue. Just wasted $10. Don't recommend doing business with them...

Total scam! It did not say it was an ebook ! I ordered an actual book not an Ebook !

There was nothing in the item description stating that the book was a pdf, and it even claimed "free shipping" and asked for an address. I never recieved a book, just a sketchy download link. Seller says no refunds. It's a scam.

Scam price to good to be true! I never received the book no way to contact anyone.

I placed an order on 7/30/2021 & was assigned this order #AB-19190. It is now 11/5/2021 & I still haven't received my order. My suggestion to ALL is: NEVER BUY FROM AN UNKNOWN COMPANY AGAIN. I've been scammed far too many times. Who would think a book company would be a scam? Obviously none of us. This is how they do it!

Why can't I give this company a negative star rating? This company is a SCAM! DO NOT USE! I hope you are smarter than me and come to Trustpilot before you throw your money in the garbage can. You will NOT receive a book. If you are lucky, you may receive a download. My download is not even the whole book! This is a SCAM!!!

Never received my book. Order date: 8/16/2021. Order number: AB-19705. This must be a scam!!

Same as the others. The website store says nothing about a pdf version of the book. They list "free shipping" and ask for your address. Then you get emailed a pdf of the book. I tried to get a refund and got an email back saying "All sales final". I am currently in the dispute process with PayPal for this transaction. SCAM!

I too got nothing. Who is in charge of taking fraudulent businesses down. Only in USA they could keep getting away with this. Every single review reports scam. So it’s a racket but why not -they are making money and nobody is doing anything

Glad I used PayPal! It was refunded right away -before I asked-so PayPal is on to them?

Bottom line, if the price is too good to be true, it's probably NOT true!!

I ordered a hardcopy book five weeks ago. No book Wish I had read reviews before I ordered - money down the drain! Do not order ANYTHING from these

I did not what to give a star!! Scam 4sure!! How can they get by with this? I order a book. Ask for shipping address, to send to book!! After buying i get a email saying to download the book!!! And ebook!!!! Why did they need my shipping address?? Also the download is only good for so long then it expires!!! Says I have to download it by a certain date!!!!!! So if it is mine I paid for it why will it expire? Honestly I am to afraid of downloading it!! How do they get by with this!!!!!!

Stop! This company, Belomero, and partner Takita Clark is a total scam. Ordered the Anthony Boudain World Travel Book back on 4/28/21 for $9.00. Since I have received nothing and there is no way to contact them that I have found and tried. Read more reviews online and you will get the picture.
