Same as everyone else. Should've read the reviews 1st but was duped into believing that it was a cut and dried purchase of a PHYSICAL BOOK. Hope you all read this and other reviews before sending this "company" any money.

They do not clearly identify that books are ebooks and dont offer refunds. Thankfully, purchased through PayPal and got a full refund. I feel the site is deceptive and they need to be clearer on what they are selling. Never again!

I ordered a book and never received it. They also didn’t respond to my email😡. SCAM!

Stay clear of ordering anything from BELOMERO!
They do not clearly state what you are purchasing, and do not stand behind the products they sell. They have a policy that all sales are "final", and no returns are possible. This horrible company does not deserve another single order. Wish I could have rated them zero stars, but needed to give them at least one so I could echo previous reviewers to hopefully prevent future bad experiences for other.

Nowhere does it clearly specify that you are purchasing an ebook. Do not trust this scam of a company with your money. Also they dont accommodate any type of return policy once you realize their deceit.

I ordered a book 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet and no tracking number nor responses to my emails.

An ABSOLUTE SCAM! On 12-15-2022, I found a book online that I wanted for a Christmas gift. It was advertised as a "hardcover " with "288 pages" and would be shipped "Free" by Bolomero to be received by "12-22-2022". After placing the order and paying for it by MasterCard, I received an email confirmation with a link to "download" the book to my computer as an E-book. Since it was ordered as a present, I did not click on the download link and immediately attempted to contact the shipper. I found that there was no email address nor telephone number. But I did find that there was no possibility of canceling the order nor getting a refund which was not noted on the order form. I immediately contacted my MasterCard company and canceled the transaction. This resulted in the company having to cancel my card and issue a new one in 5 to 10 days. I had to change all of my online payment records which has cost me time and effort. I am sure there must be a way to get this scammer deleted from doing business online. If there is, please add my support to that effort!

I join the other reviews, it's a scam! I thought I was ordering a physical book, no where it says that it's pdf book. I wish I would have checked the website...lesson learned. I won't waste my time trying to contact them but I will try with Paypal and my credit card company.

I got my book, but it was an Ebook version… which I guess is fine, but what makes me prompted to write a review is the deceptive con artist type tactics used on this website. They lead you into believing it’s a physical book, asking for a shipping address, and no mention of an ebook anywhere (plainly at least). I don’t mind an Ebook, at least I still can read it, but I don’t approve of the deceptive hustle they got goin on. It’s like half a con job. If you order a book from here just realize it’s an Ebook, but you can buy cheaper versions other places I’m sure.

I also ordered a hard copy book only to find they scammed me also. They seem to be based in California but their contact site is fake. Why can the DA's office there not shut them down. I also have asked my credit card company to look into this false company.
PLEASE PLEASE ANYONE SEEING THIS DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE ANY BOOKS TO SELL

No feedback on status of last order a month ago from belomero and greenbooksale intermediary.

I ordered what I thought was a book but got an email for a download which is not what I thought I bought or did not want. I tried calling and went to voicemail. I have put a dispute in to my credit card company. Buyer beware...don't know how these people are still in business.

Ordered a book 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I read all the reviews and they were not good! Gi will never see my book or my money. Do not order from this company!!!!

This is a typical evil, corrupt business. I pray that the BBB takes them down and puts them away.

I fully expected a used physical book as no mention of a digital download was on the purchase page.

They also requested a physical address-implying shipping to a physical location AND they explicitly offered “free shipping”
No one offers the notion of free shipping for digital downloads.

The site is misleading by design and corrupt in spirit.

What should they do to improve their reputation? Clearly note on the purchase page that this is a digital download. It has been brought to their attention by other scammed buyers and to date they've refused to update their webpage choosing dishonesty over transparency.

I called the LA number once. It rang two times and clicked over to voicemail. It’s not a business line. The voicemail greeting was a generic cell greeting. This web sight is shady and practically criminal. I’ve seen numerous sights like this when I’m internet window shopping. They pop up with the other sights that sell what I’m interested in and ALWAYS have the cheapest prices (almost too good to be true) and extremely limited contact info. They are all created in 2022 and have no established accreditation from the BBB for instance. Just be aware of what’s missing from a sight before you purchase.

Obviously I wish I had googled Belomero before wasting my money. Like others, I believed I would be getting a hard copy of a book mailed to my house. There is no mention of a PDF copy. I requested a refund and have not heard back from the scammer. I'm pissed.

3 WEEKS LATER Received a credit to my account.
Sadly, like others, this website IS A SCAM.
No mention of pdf/ebook and covered it up by asking for address.
Tried contacting your site as well as the "person" who took my money and haven't heard back from either.
A reply, any reply would be expected.
