Not good customer service at all
Purchased a sleepeezee 2800 luxe mattress delivered Tuesday 11th August with their 60 day free trial, l am struggling to sleep on it as it's far too hard and I'm in agony on a morning, phoned them today spoke to Gareth who informed me l can't request an exchange until I've had it for 30 days and I should consider buying a mattress topper,this is not good enough customer service 😡

Firstly, I want to assure you that your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re here to help. Regarding the 30-day wait period mentioned by Gareth, I’d like to explain why we have this policy in place. We recommend this adjustment period because it can take a little time for your body to adapt to a new mattress, especially if it feels very different from your previous one. This is quite common, and many customers find that after a few weeks, their mattress begins to feel much more comfortable as their body gets used to the new level of support.
That said, we never want you to be in pain or feel uncomfortable, and we absolutely understand that waiting isn’t always easy. If, after the 30-day period, you still feel the mattress isn’t right for you, we’ll be more than happy to discuss an exchange under our 60-day free trial policy.
In the meantime, Gareth’s suggestion of a mattress topper was offered as a potential temporary solution to help ease the firmness while you give your body time to adjust. However, we completely understand if this isn’t the ideal solution for you.

Website very informative re mattress firmness and features. Chose this company as easy to select delivery and quickest delivery options I found. Will review again when order complete. I ordered on my phone and found filter button didn’t work, also used bed finder feature which was good and eventually chose one from those recommended.

Didn’t get a free spray and it turns out the mattress isn’t in stock but I’ve still paid for it and now I have to wait 10 days for it to be in stock

The ortho bed worked wonders
My partner and myself are both disabled, we were greeted with the warmest of smiles. Straightaway we were asked what we were looking for, we told the shopfloor manager and he showed us what we wanted.
They delivered the divan set yesterday (20/07/2026), they took the old divan away with them and all with a smile.
Thank you for the best night's sleep we've had in a long while.

I can't praise this company enough . Not only are the beds very good value for money and look beautifully made , the service we received was second to none. We were notified as promised by email and text the night before delivery with an estimate of arrival time which was the case along with another text just before delivery.
What we also loved is the fact that you can choose your date and a selection of times at the time of order.
We have just placed our second order within a week of the first one as so impressed .
