Very easy search and purchase journey. Also, I had a query which was easy to submit using the chat and speaking with Laura. The query was answered quickly.
The mattress I purchased was very competitively priced and had free delivery. My only disappointment was the recycle option was not available for me due to limitations of the carrier for my particular purchase.

Charley at Customer Services was brilliant. I wanted a particular brand/model of mattress not listed on their website. I messaged her to enquire whether they could order it for me. Charley responded very promptly and after a few email exchanges it was ordered. Had it not been for Charleys expertise in customer services I probably would have looked elsewhere.

Really helpful at the initial enquiry on the phone, Cath promised me an email and it came through as promised, she followed it up and that’s when we decided to visit the store.
In store, really helpful, knowledgeable.

I have just ordered an adjustable bed which is quite a big outlay and wanted to make sure I was buying the right product so I had a few questions which Nicola answered knowledgeably and patiently , double checking anything she wasn't quite sure of. On placing the order with Julie, she was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company for their service.

So far, so good now awaiting delivery and use.

I am over 80. I really must change my mattress. I told the sales team, Land of Beds, Pemberton, Wigan, Very Friendly People, about my situation and an exciting option was pointed out to me. I fully support this solution, an unwrapped mattress.
It is to be delivered in a day or two and I am told that I will have a further opportunity to make an updated comment.

My experience yesterday and today with Louise was excellent. She helped us make the best decision for us. She emailed us choices of bed and when we rang to order she was efficient and helpful.

Ordered the Emma Original Hybrid and then got an email to say that I would be sent the Emma Lite but not to worry as it was the same spec, even though on the Emma website these are 2 different products and the Lite is not as good as the Original Hybrid. I have asked them to contact me as I will seek a refund if they cannot supply the product advertised and purchased.
