Poor customer service , be very careful
Poor customer service ! Including Paige the customer service representative.
I wanted to give this some time before posting the result as we had to claim the money through the credit card !!
Do not use this company read all the negative reviews , they are very quick to respond to trust pilot reviews but not emails , they will not respond to emails or ever answer the phone … ever try calling them …
On trust pilot they will alway respond with what you would expect a company to do , however the reality is not true, they won’t do half what they say and always very rude when they do respond.
We received the wrong bed , and noticed the website had a clitch ,
We reported the clitch to bedhive and they where greatful we highlighted the fault,
However once I asked for the correct bed to be sent and to arrange a pick up of the old bed which was a different price and model to what we ordered originally ,we had very bad customer service
We also told it was our pc or our phone that had the clitch our cookies , or anything but them …
Despite use doing the same order on 3 different devices and screen recording the same outcome, a clitch on each device.
However once we reported the clitch they then acted as though nothing had ever happened and there site was running as normal and there IT department continued to blame us.
We then check the web site , funny the error we highlighted was no longer there ,And they could not honour our original order as the site was running fine and the bed we wanted was more expensive…
Rather than do the correct thing and thank us for high lifting the error and honour the original order they doubled down and said it’s our devices and u need to pay more !
It took almost 6 weeks to eventually get Somone to pick up the bed , funny they arranged 3/4 pick ups that they never informed us about
And despite the company saying it was in its way it never came.
Only when my Amex card had reverse charged them for the bed , a pick up and return was sorted , as the money to my account was paid back by the credit card
Otherwise we would like many others on this site be either left with the wrong bed or worse return the wrong bed and have no refund …
trust pilot is brilliant as we can see Paige is just the same with everyone, not just us, sounds very professional on the reply , will make up that they tried to call or organise delivery , say pick ups where attempted or we offered solutions but this is not the case , if you read other negative reviews it’s the same behaviour
Buy nice or buy twice guys !! and bedhive is a scam company if you don’t believe me read the other negative reviews and you will see the pattern of behaviour , I wish we had gone to trust pilot first
We went to bedsdirect in the end and paid for a custom bed and should have done it straight away

Funny old thing … buy with caution
Purchased an ottoman bed on 21/9/25 and…
Purchased an ottoman bed on 21/9/25 and the bed took over 3 weeks to be delivered, despite a delivery time frame of 5-10days. No communication, other than responses to our emails chasing it up.
When we assembled the bed, the gas cylinders were seized in the upright position. Their email response was to rotate the cylinders- this didn’t work. Since then we have had no communication from them, no responses to emails and deadlines. We now have to escalate this to our credit card company.
Awful Experience, No Bed, No Refund, Credit Card Chargeback
Ordered a £1100 bed on October 1st from this company. Never heard anything more from them until I emailed them on 19th October asking when the bed would be delivered. They said it was being delivered on 30th October and to stay in all day for the courier, this date came and went after I took time off work.
They then assured me it was a last minute courier change and that it was booked in again for November 6th and was a top priority delivery, again I took a day off work and waited in all day, nothing arrived.
At this point I emailed them as you can't speak to anyone and said I wanted a refund. They then tried to get me to accept another delivery date in the future which was totally inconvenient for me, they said they would provide a full refund.
To date no refund has been received, they stopped replying to my emails and I have had to do a chargeback via my credit card company.
From research online that this company appears to sell the same beds that are available for half the price elsewhere and could be acting as a middle man selling the same beds at a markup. The company is very difficult to find information on but they appear to be registered to a small house in Bradford.
Avoid BedHive
I’ve never written a bad review before, but this experience has been terrible. My bed delivery was delayed multiple times, and after weeks of waiting, I was promised compensation for the inconvenience.
When the bed finally arrived, it was the wrong one. We decided to keep it since we’d already been without a bed for months, but I made it clear that we still expected our compensation. Months later, nothing has been paid, and all my follow-up emails have been ignored.
Poor communication, broken promises, and zero accountability. I will keep chasing this until it’s resolved, but I’ll never buy from this company again. Avoid BedHive.

After much internet surfing I decided to chose beehive and I wasn’t disappointed, great quality bed frame with ottoman storage at a great price, sturdy frame and beautiful finishes. I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a great bed frame at a reasonable price.

By far one of the best bed companies out there. We ordered the Calibu bed with a 70 inch high headboard which got delivered yesterday ( not to mention the amazing delivery time of 7 days ) which looks absolutely GORGEOUS!
The design is beautiful and so well made it has like completely transformed my bedroom. Super happy with the entire experience and would definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Shocking customer service
After receiving our bed we realised the headboard was incorrect. I have been emailing customer service for the past 3 weeks to find out when a replacement will be delivered with no luck. Paige from customer service says she will check with courier but no updates as to when it will arrive. The bed is still in the wrapper! I’ve tried calling several times which goes unanswered and left messages too.
I received an email after posting this but with still no definitive answer as to when the headboard will arrive. It’s been now 4 weeks since they confirmed they sent the wrong headboard and said they would change it!

Avoid this company
After going back and fourth the last 2 weeks and being told my bed has been dispatched it’s still showing as not even with the couriers. I’ve asked for a refund nearly 2 weeks ago and was told it’s been dispatched so I can’t be refunded but yet it’s nearly 2 weeks later and the couriers still don’t have the bed.
The worst customer service I’ve come across, no apology for delay when it states 5-10 working days delivery, still never been give a date I will have the bed. I’m now on 21 working days and still hasn’t been sent out. I order this bed as a quick fix as will only need for around 6 months and starting to think it will be 6 months before even see the bed. Avoid this company at all costs

BedHive Took My Money & Won’t Refund – Avoid!
I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel obligated to warn others. My wife ordered a super king-size bed from BedHive in July 2024 for £637.20. Due to sizing issues, she needed to exchange it for a king-size bed, which cost £395.10. Instead of processing a simple price adjustment, BedHive required her to pay the full £395.10 upfront, promising a refund of £637.20 for the original bed.
The exchange happened on 15th November 2024, but since then, BedHive has completely ignored us. My wife has sent nearly 10 emails chasing the refund, and for months, we heard nothing—no response, no update, just silence.
Only after posting a public review did a customer service rep, Paige, finally reach out. We were assured the refund was being processed. Yet, here we are, still waiting.
Today, instead of resolving the issue, BedHive has publicly accused us of fabricating the entire experience. This is beyond insulting, especially when we have email records confirming their acknowledgment of the refund request. If anyone is misleading customers, it’s BedHive, not us.
To be clear:
• The refund request was acknowledged by BedHive’s own customer service team.
• We have emails proving our attempts to resolve this privately.
• We were patient for months before resorting to public reviews.
Yet instead of honouring their commitment, they’re now trying to discredit a legitimate complaint. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for any business.
BedHive, if you genuinely care about customer satisfaction, process the refund you promised instead of making baseless accusations. Until then, I stand by my warning—avoid this company at all costs.

This is a follow-up to my last review. After my initial post, a customer service rep from BedHive, finally reached out. For a moment, I had hope—hope that this company would do the right thing. They promised me a refund, but here I am, still waiting.
At this point, it’s clear: BedHive has no intention of making things right. They take people’s hard-earned money without a second thought, with no remorse, no accountability, and certainly no sympathy. It’s frustrating, exhausting, and honestly, disheartening.
Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid BedHive at all costs. No one deserves to go through this!
I have been expecting my refund since the 25th of October 2024 btw.

Do not buy as does not last
2021 I bought my ottoman bed with bedhive and now it's in the bin. £600 spent for a product which did not last and was the worst purchase I have ever made. The product itself when delivered was perfect but deteriated significantly quickly. The lift mechanism connections became lose and fell apart. The bed frame towards the end was not secure and would sway side to side, it was horrible to sleep on. After a few months of owning the bed, the slats and frame that the mattress sat upon bowed in the middle. I took measurements and provided this proof to the customer service team not long after I had bought the bed as I had to return a mattress due to it diveting in the centre. Then Identied it was the bed that caused it and not the quality of the mattress.
Unfortunately the customer service team at the time refused for a full refund or replacement for the poor quality made bed and I did not have the funds to replace it as I had just spent a significant amount of money with them. I have just moved house, and the bed didnt fit up the stairs, an blessing in disguise as we have wanted to replace the bed for a number of years now. Weve binned it
as we couldnt sell it and bought a cheaper and far more better quality ottoman bed with happy beds and I am so grateful to be able to sleep on a secure bed.
Free swatches to select and high quality bed frame
Before ordering the bed frame, I considered which fabric would be best, as I want the bed frame to last as long as possible. I ordered some free swatches and received them a few days later.
The assembly process was super simple and straightforward. The quality of the bed frame is perfect, and we have been sleeping really well!
(I would suggest keeping customers proactively updated on their orders. )
Overall, I would give this experience 5 stars, it’s worth the money!
Would Recommend
We ordered two upholstered bed frames and were really impressed with the quality and workmanship of the products received. The size of the beds we received was as expected. We had been looking online for a while and thought that they were good value in comparison to other companies, the choice of colours was also great. The delivery timeline was longer than expected, but they were worth waiting for.

Really Terrible Start...
So far our experience hasn't been great and until a phonecall this morning I was really worried. We ordered our new bedframe on Monday 6th January with BedHive and I tried to call several times over the last week about the order but the phone simply doesn't work - ever! I've been told now that there is a problem with their phonelines but I have suggested they mention this on their website as it leaves customers like myself feeling very concerened when they can't speak to anyone. I've left comments on their Facebook Ads which they have removed before replying to the three emails I sent them in so many days, I'm afraid that really doesn't look good - customer service is very important! Especially with more pricy products.
As BedHive cannot remove this review on Trustpilot I posted here instead and I will alter this review during the process of our order. I'm feeling much better after having a call and discussing my queries but still a little nervous (I have therefore changed my 1-star to 3-stars for now). We've spent over £500 on a bedframe, it's a big expence when we've not seen the product first-hand...I will be happy to update this if our experience improves...
