Best skincare ever. I use the oil cleanser and its supercalming for the skin and doesnt hurt if you get it in your eyes. Feels very natural. I also have a daycream from them thats supergood, perfect as a primer or just a day/night cream.

Bought from their UK website on the 13th and today is the 31st and I still haven’t receive them. Email them and they said they’ll investigate to the delivery service which might take around another week. We’ll see if I ever receive them. Get them through Amazon or other retailers would be better as they’re not very reliable.

Ho fatto un acquisto su questo sito per per poi scoprire che i dazi doganali sono a carico del cliente. Su un ordine di 78€ me ne sono stati chiesti 42€ di dazi. Questo non viene segnalato in fase d'ordine ma solo nelle FAQ e non si viene rimborsati in caso si rifiuti il pacco. Non lo trovo corretto.

Scammers . I’m uk based . Placed an order at £ 55 over 2 weeks ago . I then got an e mail telling me there would be customs fees to pay ( which BoJ could not quantify ) so I cancelled the Oder following there instructions . On 30th May they told me they’d issued a refund
I’ve chased twice now ( it’s 2 weeks later ) and I’ve been fobbed off with unsubstantiated ‘ proof ‘ of the refund .. zero information or proof actually . I believe this is one giant scam maybe not even run by BoJ . I applied via fb advert . Don’t get caught out by these scammers like me . Just don’t buy !

I used to really enjoy using their SPF but they’ve added Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol which has tanked the score on Yuka. It’s sits at 24/100 now when it was once 100/100. I’ve thrown out and have now moved over to another product. Shame they had to add such a harmful chemical.

Attention si vous commandez chez eux!! Ils vous ajoutent des échantillons cadeaux gratuits à votre commandez et les déclarent aux douanes à 1USD chacun.. ce qui vous engendre des frais de douanes si vous aviez calculé le montant en dessous du montant taxable!!! J’ai tenté de trouver un arrangement/dédommagement avec eux car cela m’a engendré une facture de 30chf sur un colis à 61chf!!! Ils ont refusé de m’envoyer 3 produits à valeur de 30chf en dédommagement et refusent la responsabilité alors que je n’ai pas payé la somme déclarée… Attention! De plus leurs produits ne sont clairement pas les meilleurs en skincare coréenne… bref! Grosse déception de cette société!

Pour une commande de 72 € avec livraison gratuite en France, le transporteur DHL m'a réclamé 15€ de TVA et 20 € de frais de dédouanement.
Je pensais que la TVA était incluse comme chez tous les autres marchands, y compris asiatiques. Il y a des frais de dédouanement alors qu'il n'y a pas de droits de douane pour des produits venant de Corée du Sud Ces frais ne sont indiqués nulle part et sont complètement arbitraires. Il y a certes un mail d'avertissement du vendeur après commande indiquant que les taxes locales doivent être acquittées. Or, je pensais que ça se référait aux droits de douane et non à la TVA.
Je ne recommanderai plus sur ce site et ferai attention dès que le transporteur est DHL.

45€ de frais de port pour une commande d'une centaine d'€ c'est du vol.
En effet, durant l'achat à aucun moment il est indiqué de faire attention aux frais de douane. L'information sera seulement écrite dans les conditions générales en fouillant sur le site.
Produit top, mais clairement je ne passerai plus jamais par leur site officiel.

Pareil que toutes les autres j’aurais dû regarder sur trustpilot avant de commander sur le site 34 euros de frais de douane

I ordered from them weeks ago. It never shipped it seems like but I'm not sure, because I contacted their customer service twice and did not get an answer, they just closed the ticket. I know it's a big brand but this is so sketchy, makes me never want to order with them again.

Les produits sont de qualité mais ne commandez surtout pas via le site directement.
Les frais de douane sont exhorbitants. 34€ pour un commande de 69€ dans mon cas. Ces frais ne sont pas remboursés si jamais on retourne les produits.

Unbelievably fast delivery direct from BoJ in Korea to Netherlands and only had to pay an extra €3.75 for customs.

The sunscreen is very light and the colour matched perfectly. Very happy with this product.

I bought "Beauty of Joseon - Revive Eye Serum" from an authorized seller of asianbeautywholesale. However, Amazon claimed that the products were fake and closed my store. I could not prove that the products were not fake. They did not provide me with an invoice or any help. I think Amazon is right and they are selling fake products.

I am only jumping on here to rate Beauty of Joseon’s products, which I did not order directly through them but rather through Amazon. Thus, I cannot comment whatsoever on the experience with ordering through their website as well as how their customer service is like. Via Amazon, all my Beauty of Joseon products were delivered quickly and with no issues with Prime. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Amazon - I would not have known about this brand. I am not tooting Amazon’s horn whatsoever and if interested, you can view my review of them from my profile. Anyway, both Beauty of Joseon’s masks in red pore and honey oatmeal were to die for! While I’ve solely purchased them to assist with blackheads and pores, while I haven’t seen much improvements in those departments just yet - I definitely have with a recent breakout. Recently I had an angry red pimple with white pus and while hesitant whether either of the masks would work, I did put them to the test. I used the red bean pore mask which helped greatly to diminish the pimple and the next day, I used the honey oatmeal to further reduce the inflammation. I kid you not - in two days’ time, the pimple was practically gone as if nothing had occurred. What even if this witchery?! Normally with a breakout like this, it’ll take me weeks and months to nurse my skin back to health. In addition, the instant radiant glow from either of these products was unreal. I have not seen my skin looked this good for the exception of when I get facials. Now, I can use these masks and save myself more money when I need that glow anytime and/or for events. I’ll forever be a supporter because in these two products - they worked when nothing else has.

You have to pay additional customs fees on your parcel. I had to pay 37 euros for the order of 88 euros. Not worth it.

J'ai commandé sur le site de la marque directement et je déconseille vivement à tout le monde de faire de même. En plus de frais de livraison exorbitants, j'ai dû payer des frais de douane qui n'étaient absolument pas mentionnés au moment de la commande. Ces frais peuvent atteindre jusqu'à 50% du prix total de la commande, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et trompeur. Rien n'est précisé lors de l'achat, ce qui rend l'expérience d'achat très frustrante. C'est une mauvaise surprise qui a doublé le montant de ma commande, et je trouve cela totalement malhonnête. Je vous conseille fortement de chercher ailleurs pour éviter cette mauvaise expérience !

I made an order for few products. They were delivered in just 2 days via DHL. The packaging was great. Everything arrived without any damage. I received some free products as well. I am a very happy customer.

The Matte Sun stick is GREAT. I've has oily skin all my life. The only thing I could ever do about it was blot my face every hour or so. Now, I can just apply the sunstick on top of my regular sunscreen ( which is their rice sunscreen) and it's good for the whole day.
