I ordered the revive eye serum to help reduce the eye bags I have. Unfortunately after consistent use over many weeks, I haven’t seen any changes to my eye bags at all. Would not recommend this product at all

Great products, abysmal customer service. Luckily they sell through other retailers so I’ll stick to buying through Boots because their in house customer service is atrocious when it comes to lost deliveries

Beauty of Joseon is by far the best skincare I think! It’s made my skin absolutely glowing and so youthful. I look the best I’ve ever looked at 36.

I ordered 1st off look fantastic, and as I'd used that site before I knew no issues. Loved the products, I bought the eye serum and dynasty cream. The eye serum is lovely, keeps my eyes soft and moisturised all day. The dynasty cream is also very nice, a little goes a long way!
Then my local superdrug stocked the SPF, so I bought that as well, love it! It sits nicely and doesn't leave a horrid film on your skin like some SPF can. Only thing for me was it isn't enough moisture on its own so I do use the dynasty cream 1st let that sink then put the spf.
I wanted the firming moisturiser but other than the official website I couldnt find it. I was dubious after reading reviews but, it arrived a few days later, very well packaged, 2 free gifts, and I love it! I use this and then the SPF in daytime and this as well at night but if I need a little more moisture I use the dynasty at night instead. I will be adding to my collection, I want the tinted SPF and the cleansing balm next! Very good value for money,.and so far my problem skin looks great after a couple weeks using their products! Easy, no fuss, no overpowering scents, I definitely recommend and I've tried literally everything, and high end products like skinceuticals and medik8..
No delivery issues for me either.

Placed an order on the 4-3-26. Emailed the company twice no correspondence and no products have arrived! Really disappointing.

Delivery was incredibly delayed but I went with it and waited.
The under eye patches are really difficult to separate and when you get to a single patch it tears very easily.
Not a product I would buy again.

Received my order in 3 days. Well packaged with some added free gift samples. No complaints, good service! Thanks

Horrible products. Emailed brand- I used 2 times( night & morning) too drying and caused a lot of redness. I sent two emails, they finally responded, not to refund, but to better their products; they need pictures of my usage, my skin, the bar codes, boxes, inside the container- it’s rediculous. They are not refunding and want to play games. Avoid this cheap brand.

I had ordered eye patch on 02.02.26 and they charged me and extra £2.98 for a 4-day standard delivery. It’s now 20.02.26 and the order is getting shipped NOW! I emailed them asking to cancel, no replies!

Product reacted and still awaiting for the BOJ customer service for resolution, expecting them to process return and refund me the money but after reading the reviews it looks like I will have to write off the money I paid for the product that didn’t work.

Never sent out my products and never gave back my refund. Scammers as per usual. They cancelled my order as I requested, was waiting too long for them to be shipped out and got a notification saying- cancelled but not refunded. Great! 👍🏼👍🏼

Update - contacted Company who apologised for the delay and offered either immediate refund or new expected delivery date. Opted for refund - processed immediately. Good customer service just wish they had let me know without prompting.
Ordered over a week ago and still not dispatched.

I've read lots of reviews about their delivery issues, but my experience was spot on. I live in the UK, and the products arrived in a week, packaging was superb, and got some free items and stickers too. They have a warehouse in the UK so there were no custom fees either. I know the products but this was my first time ordering via their website.

I ordered 2x already straight from Beauty of Joseon website, no problem got my products 4 business day after.
Regarding their products the best, I've tried alot of other products but this is the best non greasy. I may stay with BOJ until I aged.

If I could I would have given zero stars.

I’ve always had my eye on beauty of Joseon products and took the opportunity to get them from the Black Friday sale the delivery was so fast which I didn’t expect to get here in the uk that quick delivery was just an additional £3..09 through their main website , I purchased the dynasty cream , the glow serum + propolis niacinamide and the revive eye serum , ginseng + retinol, I’ve been using the creams and serum for a week now and my skin is so glowy and dewy and stays hydrated on my face for a long time, I have dry skin so the three combinations were the best for my skin and it didn’t disappoint I loved it so much I made another purchase. I would always advise purchasing directly from their website , you will fall in love and have no complaints, always be careful where you buy the products from

This website is scam. I have been scam before from a replica website of L.L.Bean, but they switch it to L.L.Bean Outlet. Package never showed at all. I got my card replaced. I don't like scam website get your personal information, like where you live, name and other personal information. Like I said beautyofjoseon.com is scam website. Don't get on it all if you can, your best bet is to get the products from ultra beauty or maybe sephora. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did too late. Once I realized it was a scam it was too late.

I am very disappointed that Beauty of Joseon has added Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol nano particles to its Relief Sun formula. This ingerdient can accumulate in the tissues and cause DNA damage. Beauty of Josean only mentions its 'natural' ingredients on its website and is not upfront about additional additives that are potentially very harmful to the user as well as the environment. Very disappointing! I will not longer purchase Beauty of Joseon products!

I bought 5 of their products from cult beauty and I have the best skin of my life and it’s only been a few weeks! I use the ginseng oil and cleanser which leaves my skin so glowy. I have textured skin on my cheeks and struggle with blackheads and I’m really seeing a difference, most products in the past have not helped me with this. I also use the ginseng tonic which again just locks in moisture and gives me more glow. Followed by the snail mucin serum and the dynasty cream. Really worth the price and not expensive compared to other products and the results are unmatched. I will continue using for a long time.

Absolutely LOVE this brand, their products are a dream, real value for money and effective. Highly recommend the Dynasty Cream for the best skin of your life! Did I mention how much I love this brand? Lifetime fan!
