Excellent service 😊
Really pleased with the service, was delivered the day after I ordered it. I Was given a time slot for delivery, which is always helpful. Delivered exactly when they said. Best of all my purchase was £15 less compared to other online retailers.

I bought a light with three pendants
Turns out to be three lights and as such needs 3 ceiling roses, a fact I missed when purchasing before Christmas. Largely misled by an image that gives the impression of it being a three ring light from one source.
The image on the box looks like a three pendant single source light too.
Cut to me finally being able to get an electrician to install during lockdown.
After realising it would cause terrible damage and cost to install addition ceiling roses I reached out to Beaumonde hoping to return.
There is no communication by phone.
Several emails later it transpires I’m out of their return time frame.
During the current situation
Most companies have extended a 28 day return period to two or in some cases three months.
Beaumonde have extended their return period from 14 days to 30 days.
They will not accept a return on the unused, perfectly sellable light fitting ( or should I say light fittings) even as a gesture of goodwill.
It’s a shame as I’m about to renovate and redesign a three story house and they have some interesting products.
*following my posting this review Beaumonde reached out with a solution. I’m to buy a ceiling rose that accommodates 3 fittings and have an electrician fit it.
Not sure why it was not suggested in the emailed conversation before I posted the review but have amended my review accordingly.

I was not aware of a telephone number and did not use it repeatedly.
I have been clear regarding the ‘extended’ return window.
Trust pilot have not removed my review because it’s not fraudulent.
Why would someone post a fraudulent review 🤷🏻‍♀️

We ordered a dinner set after seeing single pieces at our local garden centre. Beaumonde were selling the dinner set for a fantastic price, with an added discount as a new customer online. The dinner set arrived in good time, with excellent packaging. It was in perfect condition. We even had a lovely, personal email from Charlotte at Beaumonde thanking us for our order. A superb service. We'll shop again!

Wonderful customer service that let me know when my item was being shipped. Fast delivery, good communication and quite possibly the most beautiful side table I’ve ever owned.

This company acted APPALLINGLY as opposed to owning their mistake and not blame everyone else...

Where to start...

Beaumonde sent me a broken item but placed blame the manufacturers. I have photo evidence of this.

Staff member will email you a returns label but a Post Office will inform you that she is being cheap by not purchasing the correct size label for a large return package and that Royal Mail might refuse to collect the return - more ANXIETY for a customer right there

Responses are incredibly unprofessional to say the least...

To receive a refund - I had to file a claim with PayPal. I tried to not resort to that beforehand.

I will NEVER trust Beaumonde again - such an atrocious experience of her customer service is extremely off-putting and I will not return!

I could quite rightly publish every part of the communication between us to prove the atrocities that I am not allowed to mention (strange rules by TP) I could also, include the photos I took of the broken item that I sent to you upon receipt of delivery. PayPal did not advise you to open a claim because that is not how a dispute works - so you are exposing yourself right there. Yes, let’s post everything on here for all to see the where will you get your ‘non-defamatory word’ removed yet again.

Beaumonde keep reporting this review to try and get taken down, along with several other tactics - even though this review has been written to warn others.

UPDATE 28/5/19 This DREADFUL company are still trying various tactics to get this very TRUE review taken down. Now I’ being asked by TP that this DREADFUL company does not believe I made a genuine purchase EVEN THOUGH BEAUMONDE RESPONDED TO ME HERE ON TP WITH THEIR ACCUSATIONS - how does that work then? How low can this dreadful company go. Ridiculous!

7/6/19 - Can you believe it - this appalling company is still reporting me for speaking the TRUTH and trying to have my review removed. There is a LOT more TRUTH but I have had to remove it even though none of it is derogatory in any way so I really am confused by TP.

I have the proof of delivery time and the email I sent straight after opening the package UPON RECEIPT of delivery. As for the mirror it had a rim so it would of been IMPOSSIBLE to get “scratches” on the back of it even though I did not attempt to hang the broken mirror.

I opened the PayPal dispute because the person wouldn’t refund me and tried to blame me. She keeps changing her story about PayPal for a start.

Amazing!

It’s entirely up to unsuspecting buyers to see if my experience happens to them too.

Oh. My. Goodness! - the horrendous company, after over a 1.5 years are still trying to lie! Now they’ve used my partner’s full name from her PayPay account in yet more paragraphs of lies.

Using my partner’s full name is a serious data breach and I will be looking into this.

They’ve changed their story from my purchase not being real (so I got TP to verify). The “scratches” lol that wouldn’t happen if someone has tried to hang it because the back of the mirror is recessed because of the cane and framework upon which the canes are fixed.

The PayPal story is not how they work.

I really don’t care what the one person ‘company’ cooks up next. Nothing but a joke!

However, please be aware of the data breach this company resorts too.

Carry on.

3rd FEB 21. I hope other people report what this person is doing. Data breaching when all other lies fail.

Beaumonde still desperately lying.
Customers can make up their own minds whether to trust desperate liars or not? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Business must be as bad as the service and the lying. How long has it been now? !

PS it’s not “fraudulent”. It’s an honest review of our *verified* purchase. 🤦🏻‍♀️

From April 2019 - February 2023 the company is still lying. Stop embarrassing yourself.

I ordered a gorgeous mirror from Beaumonde, the delivery, service and communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

I ordered 2 heart shaped cheese knives for a cheese celebration cake at my nephews wedding. I was delighted with the quality of the product, appreciated the prompt delivery and astonished to receive personal e-mails to check that I was happy with the service. In short, I would recommend this company without reservation.

The item arrived in perfect condition, was as described, and turned up very quickly on free standard delivery (2.5 days). Beaumonde was cheapest retailer for my particular item at the time, so quick delivery on top was a bonus when compared to some of the more obvious online retail giants. Their delivery system provided the automatic updates you'd expect, but Charlotte at Beaumonde was also in contact personally which was a nice touch. Would happily use them again.

Very responsive with a good delivery time, and a nice personal email.
