I've been breathing the air on this planet for a lot of years and I've never seen customer service as good as their's. They make a great product and have earned my both my business and respect.

This is one of the best pool cleaner products, so well made, high quality product. I use mine for floor, seat, sidewalls, steps, and waterline in a plaster pool. The customer service is the best experience I have had with any support requests in years. The cartridge clarifiers can be turned on and off, from the app. The app is simple and yet detailed. You won't be disappointed, and so much more time to enjoy the pool, instead of cleaning.

Great customer service period.

I owe a Beatbot Aquasense Pro I started to have some issues the product and reached out to Beatbot Customer Service. They recommend me some routes to go through by replacing some parts and watch the videos on YouTube to follow step by step how to replace the parts. My Robot specifically didn’t move forward only in circles! They sent out the replacement parts immediately with the tracking Number for you to see where it’s at and when it will arrive. After replacing so many parts and no luck I let them know that the Robot was stuck at the bottom of the pool blinking Red light! The told me to ship the unit back with them sending me a return label to return to them! Didn’t have the original box so it only cost me $30 for the box to return to them! Once they received my Robot in a feed days I was already told they would be sending me a Brand New Unit! I was Extremely Excited that I was getting a brand new product!! My customer representatives Were Mona & Carry! Thank you So Much!! I would definitely recommend for anyone to go with Beatbot as a company they can rely on! Amazing products let alone Amazing Customer Service as well!

why did I wait so long....
I bought this robot and it changed everything in the maintenance of my pools. It works. I tried other robots and this one bring me a smile every time I use it.
It's easy, efficient and the help center is great...

I opened a ticket with customer service. They asked me to take a video of the product doing nothing sitting in the pool and send them a log. I replied immediately where the log went so I could send them. The next day, they marked my ticket as resolved and never responded to my email. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will be contacting the better business to lodge a complaint

The entire Beatbot support team have been absolutely outstanding. From my first troubleshooting request all the way to receiving a replacement unit, the process was smooth, professional, and fast. They clearly stand behind their products and take customer satisfaction seriously. After sending my old unit back, the new skimmer arrived in under a week—no hassle, no delays. That kind of support is rare these days. I’m thoroughly impressed with Beatbot’s dedication and can confidently say they’ve earned a loyal customer!

I have the BeatBot Series 2 Pro which I purchased in July 2025. It’s been a godsend. I replaced the clarifying cartridge and got an error telling me to replace it. I contacted their customer service unit by email. They responded in a timely fashion advising me how to reset the counter. The email was very informative. I love this product.

We purchased our robot vacuum off Amazon on March 30, 2025. One side of the tracks stopped working August 2, 2025. I reached out to Customer Service and received an immediate response. After following their suggestions on possible fixes following the YouTube video instructions, which didn’t work for me, they immediately issued a return label & stated as soon as the vacuum was received, they would be sending a new one out. AND THEY DID!! Their customer service was Top Notch. They followed up with me every step of this process, before I could check back in with them! My new vacuum arrived within TWO DAYS of it shipping and works perfectly. GREAT JOB, Beatbot!

Habe diesen Aquasense 2 Poolroboter nun seit 2 Wochen im Einsatz und bin nicht zufrieden mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Beschreibung suggeriert ein kartografisches Abfahren und speichern des Pools, was nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Oft wiederholt er seine diagonal Linie mehrere Male hintereinander wenn diese an einer Seite über eine Ecke läuft. (Bis zu 10min.)
Das S-förmige Abfahren des Bodens verläuft selten parallel zu den Wänden und hinterlässt dabei ungereinigte Streifen. Die Edelstahlleiter wird von keiner Sensorik erkannt, wobei ein Anstoßen manchmal zum zeitweisen Einklemmen führt.
In der App werden weder Form noch Größe des Pools angezeigt und die Steuermöglichkeiten beschränken sich auf den aufgetauchten Zustand wo ich dann lediglich auf Wand/Boden oder nur Boden Reinigung stellen kann. Die beschriebene Wasserlinienreinigung ist zwangsweise nur eine vertikale Reinigung durch das Aufsteigen an den Wänden, und keine horizontale Reinigung wie bei anderen Poolrobotern dieser Preisklasse. Der Filterkorb ist relativ klein mit seinen 2 Litern und hat keinen Feinfilter integriert. Die sogenannte Automotive Lackierung weißt bereits erste Kratzer auf, obwohl Folienpool. Die sehr lange Startprozedur ist unverständlich hinsichtlich, abtauchen, Orientierung und Reinigungsbeginn. Die vielen positiven Rezessionen auf YouTube sind wohl durch die Bank weg gesponsorte. Mein nun 12Jahre alter, tadellos nach dem Zufallsprinzip reinigender Maytronics Moby für 1/3 des Preises hat hinsichtlich Feinreinigung bessere Ergebnisse gebracht, konnte allerdings nicht die Wände reinigen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Anzeige in der App hinsichtlich der Akkuladung und ob er noch am Reinigen, ist oder bereits auf Parkposition steht. Wie lange der Roboter nun gereinigt hat wird zwar angezeigt, aber mich interessiert mehr wie gut er gereinigt hat und was er eventuell ausgelassen hat. Hindernisse scheint er nicht mit Ultraschall oder Infrarot zu erkennen, sondern erst nach Kollusion. Abschließend…. Ja er reinigt den Pool, aber nicht so schematisch intelligent wie es in der Werbung suggeriert wird.

A la suite de l'achat de mon nettoyeur de piscine BEATBOT j'ai eu la désagréable surprise d'être prélevé de la somme de 86 € 71 par la suite, représentant des frais de commissions pour achat à l'étranger.
J'ai parcouru les conditions générales de vente et je n'ai pas trouvé trace de cette possibilité.
Je met en garde les futurs acéquéreurs.
