Best pool robot I've ever had. Super simple to use and I love the skimming feature. I've had a couple of issues with the unit over the 2 years I've owned one and in both cases customer service has been shockingly responsive. With very few questions they simply offered to replace the unit both times. The most recent time, I'd lost the original packaging, so they shipped me the replacement unit first so that I could return the defective unit in its original packaging. I simply haven't experienced this level of customer service and professionalism in a long time.

I have had my beatbot pool cleaner for two years and I love it. In fact, I am a solar pool heating contractor and I refer all of my customers to beatbot. It is the easiest way to clean a pool and the robot works great. I had a small battery problem and customer service was quick to take care of the problem and even threw in a couple extra surprises for me. They have been amazing to work with and I will continue to refer them especially after this last experience.

I’ve had an excellent experience with BEATBOT customer service. I bought my husband an aquasense for Christmas. We saw they are launching a new product that we’d like to have instead. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the return process and sent me a link to pay a deposit on the new model. All of my questions were handled promptly and professionally. They stayed in communication with me and updated me on my return status.

Unfortunately, our 1.5 year old Beatbot just stopped charging/ coming on. Not ideal, but I could not be more pleased at how the Beatbot staff has handled a resolution. We sent our old equipment back with pre-paid postage, and once they received it at their warehouse, they immediately initiated a new pool cleaner be sent out. The staff responded IMMEDIATELY to my initial email, and have been just as responsive through the whole process!

I purchased the Beatbot aquasense 2 robot pool cleaner approximately a year and half ago. Before purchase I read many reviews, and can honestly say it is the best robot cleaner available. As the owner of two pools, I have had ample opportunities for comparison with another top selling robot. The features available with the Beatbot are second to none. No more skimming the floating debris from the water surface, and leaves plaster and waterline tile sparkling with no scrubbing! Customer service is quick, responsive and excellent. ( I have not had any issues with the product, but needed a replacement part damaged by a chewing pup.) I will definitely purchase another Beatbot for second pool.

I purchased and have been using the Beatbot AquaSense 2 & the Ultimate Skimmer for an about two months now and plan to write a review of both after a little more time with each unit. So far it has been a game changer for my pool maintenance, as I do it all myself while enjoying our pool all year round. This review however, if specifically for the Beatbot Customer Service folks. I contacted CS throughout the process of shopping for a pool robot, through the buying process, and after receiving the products and in Every instance the CS representatives have always been readily available, very courteous & helpful. In fact I would state that the customer service is 2nd to none that I have experienced anywhere!

Purchased the Beatbot 2 in April 2025. Worked great until October 2025 where it turned on, but didn't sink to the pool bottom to clean. Contacted customer service. They asked me to return it, provided the prepaid return label, and paid for the store to pack it up as well (I paid, they reimbursed me within a few days). Once they received it, they shipped me out a brand new one. They kept me updated and followed up every step of the way. Hopefully this new one lasts longer than 6 months. I'm in S Florida so it's used year round. The customer service was excellent!

I purchased a model A100 pool cleaner earlier this year. The unit worked flawlessly during the summer. Recently, I had an issue with the unit and contacted customer service to assist with resolution. Throughout the entire process, customer service was exceptional with resolving the issue. I highly recommend the product, and I am very pleased with customer support.

We are very satisfied with our Beatbot pool vacuum cleaner. It cleans the pool beautifully every day without a cable and then you just put the vacuum cleaner in the charging station. We control everything with the app. The Beatbot team is very helpful and always quick to solve even the biggest problem and they will accommodate. We recommend buying Beatbot

I work in a high-rise condominium complex and we have an indoor pool with degrading coping tiles. Purchased the AquaSense Pro robot pool vacuum over a year ago, and very pleased with how well the robot works compared to our corded pool robot vacuum. Easy to operate which saves time. Long story short, it stopped working one day because water got into the electrical component, and after reaching out to customer service they gave me a free replacement after returning the damaged unit for warranty! they're very responsive and helpful!

After having our Beatbot for just over a year, we had an issue that I could not resolve on my own. I wrote to customer service and they prompted me to try a few quick things which also failed. The company then asked me to send it back and they offered me a replacement. Even after I received the replacement they continued to reach out to ensure all was working fine. Top-notch!

We purhcased our Beatbot AquaSense Pro a little under two years ago to replace a tradtional skimmer vacuum. Our pool cleaners broke the main skimmer pipe while attempting to clean it out and so we needed a solution to keep the pool clean until we can address the pipe issue, which turns out to be a major contsruction project. The robot has performed great, we use it 4 out of 7 days a week or more if it's windy and there is more stuff in the pool. It does a great job of cleaning the pool floor and sides. We recently had an issue where we kept finding the robot dead in the bottom of the pool. We contacted Beatbot support and they have been awesome! We shipped back our robot, at not cost to us, they shipped us a replacement and unfortunately it had issues and wasn't working correctly. The Beatbot team was very apologetic and supportive and switched out the robot again, by providing return shipping labels and sending a new robot. They also added in some pool water conditioner as a gift. We received the new robot and it is performing excellently, we love this product and highly recommend it, especially in light of the recent interraction with customer support and how thorough they were in resolving our issues.

After 2 pool seasons, my Beatbot pool cleaner had developed an issue with one of its rear propellers, so I contacted Beatbot Customer Service for advice on how to address the issue. They replied to my inquiry within 12 hours and informed me that my pool cleaner was still under warranty and that they would send me a new machine once they received my original machine. I just received my new pool cleaner and am very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Beatbot pool cleaners.

The few, very minor issues I have had with Beatbot are the only ones I have had. Their customer service is the greatest. Zero hassles, and the company wants to take care of its customers. Buy direct to get the best service. Thank you!

I ordered an Aquasense 2 Ultra from Amazon, and upon delivery I quickly prepared the robot for its first use. Everything ran great.

Unfortunately, when I ran the robot a second time (at night) the robot had an issue with the front camera light flickering on/off with an extremely dim intensity. I reached out to product support, and they quickly activated a replacement process that involved packing and shipping the entire robot + accessories back to their warehouse with a promise to send a replacement once the warehouse confirmed delivery. This part of the process was a bit of a letdown since the replacement robot wasn't shipped until I reached out to support almost a week after the return was delivered.

Fast forward to today, I received a replacement robot that appears brand new (and was shipped in new packaging). The camera light works as expected: no flicker with full brightness. I'm still learning all of the modes, and how frequently I'll need to use the robot, but so far it seems designed well and high quality.

I am awarding 4 stars since I would expect a product at this price point to have a robust outgoing inspection to ensure initial quality control, and the delay experienced while awaiting the replacement. That said, I appreciate that I was able to get a full replacement on such a large, bulky, and heavy product.

I had to write this review! Every piece of equipment can have an issue at some point, but what truly matters is how the company stands behind its product. Beatbot’s customer service proved to be exceptional, and that alone tells me I bought from the right brand and the right place.
After about eight months of regular use (roughly five hours a week to clean my pool), my robot suddenly stopped working. Even after some troubleshooting over the phone, it was still floating on the water’s surface. Beatbot immediately provided me with a return label, and within just five days, I had a brand-new replacement unit! That level of support really impressed me.
