My robot suddenly stopped working. After I contacted the service center they sent me a replacement before asking me return the broken one. They responded fast and the service is quite satisfactory.

Warranty Claim Experience A+
I had a great customer service experience throughout the process of getting my BeatBot warranty replacement. I’m going to be honest- I was skeptical and doubted that they’d actually send me a new BeatBot when mine malfunctioned. It's amazing how many reviews repeat the same thing. Best customer service we've ever had dealing with a company. We purchased one for our personal pool and within weeks saw its performance and it immediately was a game changer over our other robot. So much so, we then purchased one for my dad as due to his health he just couldn't continue with his current robot and the extra efforts it took. After his passing we added the skimmer robot for my mother to assist with the leaves due to their wooded lot. These robots have truly given her the independence to keep her pool the way he kept it now that he is gone. She couldn't do it without her beatbots she says! We've had one robot malfunction after the first year and they immediately replaced it. We've had one get a bathing suit string in its gear and the customer service quickly guided us to checking the gears to get it back operational. Simple support by just uploading the robots log and an immediate response of what to try to fix it. Superb company through and through.

I want to provide feedback on our experience with Beatbot company’s customer service and products warranty.
I would provide a ten or highest rating possible (net promoter score of 10).
From the first time we contacted the Beatbot service company team about the malfunction on our pool cleaner, your service representative showed genuine interest in helping us to resolve the defect ASAP.
After preliminary troubleshooting was completed, we were instructed to send the unit back to your factory for a replacement.
Honestly, I was anticipating we would be forwarded to a third-party repair company.
I was pleasantly surprised that the actual Beatbot factory warranties and repairs the pool robots themselves.
We received a Fed-X shipping label the next day and shipped the unit back to the factory as instructed.
In less than 1 week, we received our replacement pool robot.
Entire process was very smooth and efficient with our complete overall satisfaction.
Beatbot Customer Service and Warranty Team has met and exceeded all our expectations.

I've opened my machine for almost three years now. I had a small issue with it recently. I contacted their customer service and they took care of the issue as soon as possible. Not only is the machine a great product, but their customer service goes above and beyond to help you. I will stay a life long customer for Beatbot!

When the device wasn't working properly, we contacted Beatbot and they quickly responded and corrected the problem. Amazing Customer Support
Amazing Customer Support. Our robot died after a year and Beatbot sent us a replacement unit even better than we originally purchased within one week and completely free of charge. As far as I'm concerned this level of support is equal that of Costco returns.
Beatbot customer service is one of the greatest product support teams!
Beatbot customer service is one of the most responsive services that I have had the pleasure to work with. When I send anything, they acknowledge and resend confirmation of it being received usually within 12 hours.
I have had a couple of issues with my machine and both times they quickly sent out a new machine after some basic troubleshooting. I will always be a customer with this standard of product support.
Beatbot is a great company
Let’s just say my robot from beatbot was cleaning my pool incredibly until I did something to the robot. I could neither recall where I bought it nor find my receipt. This company bent over backwards to help me. Researched where I bought it and then shipped me a replacement robot. They didn’t make me jump through hoops and treated me like a human being. I am so very impressed with their handling of my issue.

Beatbot products are awesome. I especially like the Beatbot A100 Pro. Anytime I have had to communicate with Beatbot they are always kind and fast to respond. 10/10 experience.
I am beyond pleased.
I am beyond pleased with the level of service and support I received from BeatBot. On two occasions I had issues with my machine, and their phone support team walked me through how to troubleshoot the problems. One of the issues turned out to be user error on my part, which they patiently helped me identify and correct.
The second issue involved the track system. The support team explained how to carefully take apart the tracks and inspect the gears for any wear and tear. After reassembling the unit as they suggested, the problem was completely resolved.
Later, I experienced an issue where the machine was not detecting that it was in the water. I recorded a video of the problem and emailed it to their support team. They reviewed the video, provided clear instructions on how to send the unit back, and promptly sent me a replacement.
Throughout the entire process, Bella from customer support was exceptional. In every email response, she clearly demonstrated that she had carefully read my message and thoughtfully acknowledged my questions and concerns.
I have rarely experienced this level of customer service from a technology company. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend BeatBot and their products to anyone.
Beatbot quit charging
After having the Beatbot for about a year and a half it quit charging. I contacted Beatbot customer service and they were easy to communicate with through their chat service. Very responsive and helpful. They sent us a new beatbot after we sent the old one in to them. It only took about a week and a half to get the new cleaner in. Works great. Again Customer Service through a chance Service is very delayed but withBeatbot they were very prompt and answering any questions sending any information, labels that they needed to to get to us quickly. We were very pleased.
New AS2 Owner Experience
I recently purchased a Beatbot Aquasense 2. At first I had a couple of issues with it not cleaning well and lack of notification when it had finished cleaning. I contacted customer support and immediately received a response asking for pictures of my pool and suggestions of steps to take to resolve the notification issue. With their excellent help, I learned what mode works best for my pool and my notifications started working as well! I had also mentioned that it was not picking up some of the fine sand. They sent me an ultra fine filter at no charge. The team at Beatbot really understands customer service and I am now a happy owner. I know that if I have any other issues they will be there willing and ABLE to help!
Excellent unit
The unit worked excellent for about 1.5 yrs before experiencing some type of gremlin. The customer service staff was excellent in sending me videos of how to fix the unit which seemed to resolve the cleaning issue for about two weeks before returning back to the same problem. After contacting them again regarding the same issue no further questions were ask. They had me send them the unit back and proceeding to ship me a new one. I received the new unit a week later and love how it cleans my pool floor. Since my pool has large steps and in an odd shape with several rounded areas, it doesn't clean the walls as it would a rectangular shaped pool. Having said so, I will continue to use beatbot products, the unit cleans well, they stand by their warranty and the customer service is excellent!
My beatbot pool cleaner had a charging…
My beatbot pool cleaner had a charging issue. I emailed customer service and they asked for the S/N number. They responded within a few hours and said it was under warranty and sent a shipping label to send it back. My machine was a few weeks of being 2 years old. I was expecting to hear sorry the machine is to old to be under warranty. But they sent me a brand new Machine. FREE NO QUESTIONS ASKED. who does that these days. I am so happy I purchased my pool cleaner from Beatbot. I would do it again knowing the commitment they have to making my experience with Beatbot the best ever.
