I think their robot is decent and their customer service is responsive. I bought a sora 70. I noticed that there was a free cover offer that I did not receive. They said it wasn’t active when I ordered but if I put a review on Trustpilot they would send me one. That’s a little weird if you ask me and basically against the rules sooooooo….im putting this up there and haven’t received anything.

They were quick on response.

The robot itself is good - maybe a bit overpriced. It does a lot of great things including cleaning on a very shallow 8” deep tanning deck. I don’t think anything else out there does this. I searched for a long time. But that being said the Sora 70 is a pretty dumb robot. It bounces around like the old roomba with really not much reason. I can bet it doesn’t actually touch all surfaces on a max clean. You have to probably do a few before you’d get most of the surfaces.

Their marketing is deceptive in that it says it cleans in a distinct pattern. It does not.

It does pick up quite a bit. My pool is new and under a cover so I’m not exactly the best tester.

If you have bubblers with the tubes that stick up it will get stuck there but otherwise it hasn’t gotten stuck on any other things.

I removed the tubes and this has made it a completely error free cleaning experience.

Their app is decent. It would be nice if you could get the communication device like other robots (even maybe their high end one has one) so that you can see live updates even under water. But the battery life is good and the clean is decent.

I bought a Beatbot maybe a month ago. While it moves a lot of water and does climb onto areas our old Aiper couldn’t, like our bar and beach area it has been non-stop problems. If I don’t stand outside for its entire cycle, the bot will get stuck on our infinity walls (it just sits there until the charge is out), gets stuck on a bench (teetering half on half off of it) or stuck on the beach. Sometimes in the same cycle the bot will work the beach, but the next time it just sits there. No change in the waterline. Customer service sent me a cover to make up for the first issue. I told them I didn’t need one, but they sent it anyway. Now they are offering a $50 pay off, and again telling me their tech team is working on it - but nothing fixes it. I will most likely be returning and going back to Aiper.

Excellent communication and fast response time.

I purchased a Sora 30 and before it arrived I had decided what I really wanted was the Sora 70 (surface cleaning won me over).

Beatbot Support issued a return shipping label for the Sora 30 within in 24 hours of me contacting them.

I placed my order for the Sora 70 and was notified it was packaged and ready to ship and will arrive May 7, the order was placed May 2. They also included a free dust cover for the new Sora 70.

That's great customer service!

I purchased a beatbot sora 30 to replace a polaris 360. So far it has done well cleaning the pool. I have only ran it 4 times. Hopefully it will last. Will write another review after I try out the finer filter that's coming out in a few months.

Its refreshing to see a company that not only has a solid well engineered product out in this space but one that is quick to reply fairly with any issues. I have to say that a lot of my personally opinion around a product is its customer service and I couldn't be happier with what i receive with beatbot. All around a great company thus far and a please to work with. Happy to highly recommend them.

I purchased the Beatbot iSkim Ultra on March 9, 2026 and about a month later one of the plastic gears on the skim basket broke. It sheared completed off its axel. The Beatbot was replacing a much less expensive Betta SE skimmer that I had had for several years after simply dying, but which none of its part had broken. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. I contacted the manufacturer to let them know, thinking that they would tell me that I could purchase a replacement basket. However, after a few email exchanges and one photo of the broken gasket later, they replaced the basket for free.

Working with customer service was very easy to get replacement parts.

I just installed a brand new pool and went with the beatbot Sora 70. I was a little nervous at first due to it being battery powered but after the first use I am very impressed with the quality of cleaning this robot does. My pool had never been cleaned since it was installed and this robot picked up everything from the pool and looks amazing now. I would extremely recommend this product to anyone looking for a pool cleaner as my pool looks amazing now after the first cleaning.

I purchase the Beatbot Aquasense cordless pool cleaner a few months ago to replace a cumbersome Nautilus Dolphin cleaner. I am very happy with the cleaning capability of floor, walls, waterline and surface. It’s a one and done. Cleaning the filter basket is an ease…. It was disheartening when I put the Beatbot in the pool one morning and it did not work. A dreaded call to the service number led to a quick over the phone diagnosis by a friendly service department and a new one is on the way. I highly recommend Beatbot!

Excellent customer service for their premium, high quality equipment.

We've had our Beatbot for a while now, but had an issue with the unit late last week. Beatbot was able to troubleshoot the unit and quickly sent a replacement unit. Their customer service team was very prompt and a pleasure to work with. Now our pool is back to being squeaky clean. Super convenient to drop the cleaner into the pool each day.

I purchased my Beatbot a few years ago went to use it this season would not work ,called the company they were outstanding, they truly stand behind there products, will only purchase my pool robot from this company.

The product is very well built, does a great job cleaning the pool, battery life is good as well. Besides the product being 5 stars. The customer service and warranty the company stands behind is 5 stars! Responsive team, fast issue resolution, amazing customer experience. I would definitely buy a Beatbot cleaning product again. I got a Beatbot AquaSense Pro 2 sometime in 2024 and had since been a blessing in my pool. The moment i had an issue with it, i mailed the support team and they responded within 24hrs (even on a weekend) with a resolution. Last week, I contacted them again with an issue and today, they sent me a new replacement robot. How do you see that for beating your own better customer service performance? I say thank you

I purchased a BeatBot Aquasense Pro 2 in February of 2025. This robot is a life and time saver when it comes to keeping my pool clean. It scrubs the side and picks up the small particles that are hard to get with the traditional vacuum, it is also great for picking up big leaves as well(very important to me as I have a lot of big trees in my backyard."

Although these robots are pricey, it is well worth it with the amount of time I have saved on pool cleaning!

I had a small issue with my Beatbot sent an email received a fast response and a resolution in less than 24 hours! This is an excellent company highly recommend! My Beatbot is my favorite tool for keeping my pool sparkling!
