I had an issue with my BeatBot that was still under warranty. I contacted customer service and they replied the same day. They had me do a few tests, realized it had a fault and immediately shipped me a new one. They also included a return label to ship the old one back. All of this was done in just a few days! Friendly and professional customer service that responds quickly. Most companies could learn from BeatBot. Thanks again for standing behind your product!

I am using the Beatbot iSkim on our pool for over 2 months now. I have it set in ECO mode so it's not running all day, but does manage to keep all the surface leaves cleaned up .... so no more mess at the bottom of the pool. I can run our pool sweep just a couple times per week now to pick up an sand/silt. The solar panel is enough to keep things running without needing an electrical connection for charging. The app also gives the ability to remotely steer the device to target debris ... love that feature. Best investment since my first bottom robot 20 years ago.

We love the convenience of the Beatbot we named Hazel. Hazel quit coming to the surface. Sent in a log report. Still within the 3 year warranty, only a few months left, customer service requested I return the unit, and provided a shipping label. Once the unit was received, a new Beatbot was delivered. What excellent service and commitment to the product.

The best customer service I have experienced in such a long time. We had this device for well over two years using it for our third season when the device started to have an unintended action on one of the settings. I sent the logs from inside the app, without a follow up customer service reached out to me to confirm that there was a problem and suggested a replacement. The customer service agent Emory followed up again to help expedite the replacement and, once again, when I received it, to confirm its condition and operability. Their customer service put some luxury brands we had worked with to shame. Way to go Beatbot!

Très mécontent de ce robot, surtout au vu de son prix. Il nettoie mal et laisse des gravillons et des résidus dans la piscine. Malgré de nombreux mails, photos et échanges avec le service client, Beatbot refuse de me rembourser ou de remplacer le robot. On me propose simplement de remettre de l’argent pour en acheter un autre. C’est inadmissible pour un produit de ce prix. Très déçu, je ne recommande absolument pas.A fuir.

J'ai acheté un robot Beatbot à 2000euros, avec toutes les fonctions nettoyage fond, parois, et surface.
J'ai eu pendant 10 ans un robot dauphin de chez Zodiac,
ile ne nettoyait que le fond et les parois ma piscine était impeccables. Au bout de ces 10 années j'ai remplacé mon robot par le fameux Aquasense 2 pro, ma piscine n'a jamais été aussi sale, il navigue n'importe comment, passe toujours aux mêmes endroits, et pour la surface ça ne marche pas il se met sur le champ gauche et tourne en rond. Je déconseille vivement se matériel, pour 2000 euros je rachetais un robot zodiac simple plus un autre pour la surface.

Acabo de comprar el BEATBOT 30. Iba a comprar un robot en otra web de Internet pero he tenido muy mala experiencia con esa web(Poolcomet) y decidì comprar en la web oficial de Beatbot. La verdad que muy profesionales, el aparato llegò en fantàsticas condiciones. Servicio postventa muy bueno. Te contactan de inmediato para interesarse por la compra que has hecho. El robot merece la pena. Quizàs echo en falta que recoja màs partìculas finas pero en general ha sido muy positiva la experiencia. Repetirè en esta web.

J’ai acheté un robot de piscine Beatbot Sora 70 et je suis satisfait des performances du produit, mais je suis très déçu par le service après-vente.

J’ai commandé un accessoire (panier filtrant) le 4 juillet 2026 sous la référence BEFR634802. À ce jour, malgré mes demandes, le suivi de commande et les informations fournies restent insuffisants. Le délai de livraison est beaucoup trop long et la communication avec le SAV manque de réactivité.

Pour un produit de ce prix, j’attends un accompagnement client plus efficace, avec un véritable suivi des commandes et des réponses rapides.

J’espère que Beatbot améliorera son service après-vente afin d’être à la hauteur de la qualité annoncée de ses robots.

Beatbot is the best pool cleaning company in the industry helping to not just keep our pool clean but saving tremendously on not needing a pool cleaning service and it's clarification system saves us a ton of money on chemicals. The customer service is the best I have ever encountered and they respond rapidly and with care and concern.

The aqua sense x is a remarkable machinery that is unbelievable for the work it does. It is better then any cleaning service. The robot is absolutely ground breaking and we love this company. If we could invest we would because that is how much faith we have in this company.

I promise you, you will not be disappointed and you will love their products. At the end of the day the expense is worth the time and money you save in just under a year. That is how confident I am about writing such a review.

Pool services need to be afraid because beatbot is that good. My pool has not been cleaner even after we had a pool service. It is so good to work with and so easy to use . Everyone needs to buy this unit and trust me you will not be disappointed.

The ai is so on point and the product is really well made.

I recently purchased a beabot iskim unit and cant get it to connect to my Iphone via blue tooth or WIFI. The app also freezes when connecting the WIFI. Downloaded the app, restarted the device, and phone several times.

J'ai acheté par correspondance un Aquasense 2 Beatbot directement chez le fabricant, avec une garantie d'échange de 3 ans. Au bout de 2 mois un contact de charge est rouillé .. et la marque refuse de m'échanger le robot et m'adresse un tube de glue pour moi même améliorer l'étanchéité autour du contact de charge ! De plus certains programmes ne fonctionnent pas (notamment Multizone) et le robot reste au fond de la piscine au lieu de remonter en fin de cycle. Je suis écoeuré par la prise en charge de mes demandes!

My experience with Beatbot Australia has been extremely disappointing.
When I placed my order for the Sora 10, the website clearly showed it as available to purchase now, not as a pre-order item. At the same time, the Sora 30 and Sora 70 were explicitly marked as pre-orders with a later availability date. Based on this, I reasonably expected the Sora 10 to be in stock and shipped promptly.
After waiting for more than two weeks with no updates, I finally received an email advising that the shipment would only be available at the end of the month, meaning I may not receive my order until next month. This is completely inconsistent with the information that was provided when I made the purchase.
If the product was not actually available, the website should have stated that clearly. Customers should not have to wait weeks before being informed of significant delays. Accurate stock information is essential for making informed purchasing decisions.
I hope Beatbot Australia improves its transparency and communication so other customers do not have the same experience.

I have the iSkim Ultra and the Aquasense from Beatbot both of which are excellent products at keeping my pool clean with minimal effort from me.
This is an amazing company that provides timely assistance and assurance in customer satisfaction and support.
Very grateful to have been assisted by Willa who is very knowledgable professional and personable in her dealings with customers. She truly cares about what she represents and it shows.

J'ai reçu un appareil défectueux (le robot ne s’allumait pas du tout).

J'ai pris contact avec beatbot, qui m'a demandé plusieurs vidéos, et en a conclus à un défaut de l'appareil. Beatbot m'a fourni une étiquette de retour et m'a promis un remboursement dès la réception du colis.

Le colis est maintenant livré depuis le 18 juin, et aucune trace de mon remboursement. Le SAV par mail me promet de relancer le service financier en urgence pour procéder à celui-ci, mais TOUJOURS RIEN.

A l'heure actuelle 1900€ envolé dans la nature, surtout que j'ai du acheter un autre robot d'urgence au vu de ma situation d'urgence de ma piscine, ce qui me met donc en problème financier à cause de promesse non tenu.

Comme indiqué par mail, j’attends mon remboursement promis de tout urgence, je serais dans l'obligation d'ouvrir un litige auprès de paypal si la situation n'est pas rapidement résolu.

Bought a Beatbot pool robot aquasense 2 robot. At first I had some issues but I think it was because I had just opened the pool and it overwhelmed the robot a bit. I had a lot of questions and their customer service was excellent and answered everything efficiently. After a little trouble shooting robot has been working great. Does a great job cleaning pool, charges well, and comes to service after cleaning each time as advertised. Would highly recommend.
