Amazing bespoke jewellery design and make. I commissioned Beards to make me an eternity ring, and the experience absolutely exceeded my expectations. From sitting down with the designer and working through initial sketches, refining CAD models, having a 3D print to try on and even getting to choose my own stones it was all such a special experience. And the end product is beyond what I dreamed of. Vicky especially went above and beyond, but all the staff we have dealt with have been genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Extremely rude member of staff, who banged on the front of Beards Cheltenham store glass door from the inside to get my attention as a passer by. Then proceded to pull odd faces at me and very rude.
I did walk away, then went in to confront the store owner about the gentlemans bad behaviour.
