After an initial miscommunication I dealt with Emily H from the Knightbridge store via WhatsApp and everything went smoothly and was a great experience. I asked to view the bag and Emily obliged including what it looked like when wearing. I was very pleased with the condition, colour, size and length and purchased via the LL website (I was offered bank transfer but online was easier).

Sent in my id, verified my email & address and as soon as the team got my funds my receipt was emailed over no hassles.

Emily then got my bag packed up and sent via the courier the same day and I received it today and I am in love with it. Exactly as described with the Hermes receipt etc.

I let Emily know it had arrived safely and all was ok.

From start to finish the transaction was seamless couldn’t ask for more thank you LL and especially Emily H.

I made an appointment 3 weeks prior because I had to fly in from the Philippines. I wanted to do a part exchange my blue Hydra b30 with their gorgeous b25 red Rubis. Although Marya wasn’t there, I met Emily, a very accommodating lady who patiently entertained all my queries. Deal was done very smoothly and I went home very happy with my dream B25! Visiting the Knightsbridge boutique was smooth and professional from start to finish, and once the bag was authenticated every else was pretty much handled. I'd compared a few other resellers in London first, and Love Luxury's offer was the most competitive. I'd highly recommend them to anyone selling a luxury bag and would happily sell with them again.

Honestly I am shocked. Watched Love Luxury on Tik Tok huge fan love all the staff. I bought a Mini Kelly from the Dubai store. Drove 4 hours to the London store today to purchase the Himalayan 25 only to be spoken to so rudely by the DOORMAN saying you don’t have an appointment. First it’s a retail store and second even Hermes let you go into their stores. I was hugely disappointed. The attitude on this man I don't know who he thinks he is. He had no manners and no Etiquette !!! DISGUSTING. I will never return!!

The polished image portrayed on Love Luxury’s social media could not have been further from my experience as a genuine customer walking through their door.

Online you see enthusiasm and personal attention with the impression that every client is valued and that they are genuinely excited to do business with you. In reality my experience was the complete opposite. The atmosphere was chaotic. The attitude felt dismissive. After being specifically asked to send through the details of two high value watches I was looking to sell I did exactly that and was subsequently ignored.

I even provided the prices I was looking to achieve. Too high? Too low? Not interested? I have no idea because nobody had the basic courtesy to respond.

It left me questioning how representative the highly polished interactions presented on social media really are. When an ordinary genuine customer walks through the door without cameras or a social media performance taking place my experience suggests a very different standard of service.

Luxury is not just about expensive watches and handbags. It is about how you treat people. On that measure my experience with Love Luxury was extremely disappointing.

After I emailed requesting a quote, I was asked to send photos which I did, set up Whatapp which I did.. to only be told, they are no accepting Birkin bags currently... which sounded ridiculous.

Incredible service. I was able to reserve the bag on the phone, and have it picked up 15 minutes later. Angel and the team at LL were so helpful and friendly. They processed the sale very quickly for me, so my son could pick the bag up. They got all the paper work, and LL certificates ready at lightening speed. All the staff are so welcoming. I loved the staff, how the place is organized and the layout. Everything about the store screams perfection especially in Dubai, the staff are always kind and can assist you whenever you need which is one of my favorite parts about LL. I also know some people complain about the prices but in regular Hermes you would need to spend a tremendous amount of money to get a birkin in the first place, so in my opinion LL are the best retailers you want to go to, because everything there is guaranteed to be authentic. Overall I enjoyed going there with my parents. I also love your videos.

I was very disappointed with LoveLuxury.
On social media they present themselves as having the largest selection of Hermès Kelly and Birkin bags — endless videos showing rare pieces “in stock”. But when you actually contact them, they have very little available and don’t seem genuinely interested in selling or helping.

Their attitude felt unfriendly and disinterested, and what they show online simply doesn’t match reality. They also claim to buy any new Hermès bags at good prices, but they rejected my offer for a brand-new Kelly 35 in Gold Togo — saying this size wasn’t in demand, which is clearly untrue.

Overall, I find their marketing highly misleading. I’m sharing this so that others don’t get drawn in by the image they create online, which does not reflect their real service or stock.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment booked for weeks, they contact me 36 hours before to cancel - were really un flexible on alternative dates. Were unresponsive and had a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. If they don’t want business - they shouldn’t be in business! Really disappointed, and would not recommend
