We ordered our bobblehead from Bbobbler Arts and Crafts Co. not really knowing what to expect. Bbobbler greatly exceeded our expectations! Once the order was placed, we received multiple emails from Joyce offering suggestions on the photo we submitted, keeping us informed of the status of the project and sending photos as the project progressed. We were informed when the product was shipped and an expected delivery date. The delivery was on time and packaged extremely well. The likeness to the photo we submitted was perfect. The craftsmanship was exceptional. This will make a wonderful Christmas present for our son. Thank you, Joyce, and Bbobbler Arts and Crafts.

I bought 3 dolls customized of my bosses and ordered them less than a month prior to National Boss's Day (Oct 16th) and what do you know they actually arrived the morning of October 16th!! I was pleasantly surprised. And my bosses loved them and wondered how they got the dolls to look just like them!!

Although I did order during a holiday and shutdown, they still took the time to answer any and all questions I had and made sure my bobbleheads were made exactly as I needed! They turned out perfectly for the PA’s that I had them made for and were very loved! They are also made very well. Shipping was fast and sufficient. I googled Bobbleheads and this had the best reviews, so I went for it. I can say I was very happy with the results. I was a tad nervous with ordering 11 of them at once. I can say that they were very responsive via email, several emails with proofs for me to approve each way, made changes as requested. They look great and was a perfect gift for Volleyball Senior Night. The girls loved them and a great memento for years to come
