Bbobbler offers a personalized and responsive customer experience. I've ordered twice from them now, and both times, I had relatively strict deadline requirements. In addition to quickly addressing my edit suggestions, both times the bobblehead has arrived on time. They're also very receptive to custom projects that go outside of the realm of a "standard" bobblehead design. I'd recommend them!

What to give someone who has everything? Their own bobblehead in their favorite team. The lifelike details was spot on with every detail.. I love it and can't wait to give it as a gift.. Great job!!!

I was surprised at how much back and forth I had to communicate with Bbobbler in order to finish up this bobble head project of mine. But I knew had to get the details looking just so in order to end up with the bobble head I wanted, so I kept at it. It turned out I was working with a BBobbler person who was quite helpful in this regard and that made all the difference to me being very satisfied with the experience and especially with the bobble head they made. Pictures don't do it justice, it is simply a work of art and just what I wanted.

Bbobbler provided exceptional Personal attention through emails and proofs. Their attention to detail has been impressive. In a time when customer service is relegated to bot chats, it was refreshing to have this kind of service. The figurine looks like my husband and was delivered on time for his birthday. I'm so happy that I chose this company for my custom doll that I wanted for a milestone birthday gift. There were so many companies to choose from, and I was lucky I found the right one. The process was great. I dealt with Lily, who was very patient, she emailed me daily with proofs and my thoughts on the changes I might want to make. The doll came out great, and everything was done on a timely basis. You won't go wrong with this company.

We had a wedding picture turned into a bobblehead. My wife is African American and her figure is HORRIBLE. She looks like a white woman with a bad tan. It is atrocious. $200 WASTED on this. I was so disappointed. This would have been an amazing anniversary gift for my wife, but now it's just a reminder of wasted money.
