Although I received confirmation that you had received my returned parcel. It has not in fact taken 14 working days to get a refund but almost a month and numerous phone calls to get it. I suggest you work a little harder on timely refunds as well as your worthy strap line re sustainability

Ordering was very simple, I did need to enquire about the size and fit of a garment and I got a reply immediately with good advice. Correspondence was excellent, delivery was fast and I am very pleased with my new top, it is very good quality and I hope to get lots of wear from it.

I have been buying Baukjen clothes for years and really like them, but I’m very unhappy with their current revised delivery policy -whereby no matter how much you spend, if you want free delivery, you have to have their slowest Evri 5-7 days service, which in my experience has often been considerably longer.
Evri are awful - constantly revising their delivery time, apparently having the goods in their possession for days before they deliver then.
I’ve bought lots from Baukjen this summer and in desperation I paid for next day delivery for a dress I wanted this week, and have just been told that DPD won’t be able to get it to me on time because they haven’t received it yet.
In summary, you have to really want to buy their clothes to put up with their delivery service that is like something out of the 1980s.

Bought some clothes and returned some clothes. Noticed months later there had been no refund, asked for it, got it. They offered no explanation as to why it had not happened automatically. This isn't the first time this happened with Baukjen, either. So either don't use them or check your refunds!

The delivery was fast, and garments are of high quality. True to size as well.

The top I ordered was good quality but the trousers were a disappointment. Material was not as I expected and they were longer than I was informed in a telephone conversation. I have returned them and waiting for a refund a week later. A bit poor that I had to pay for the return when most retailers do not charge,

Great product but it arrived in a poor condition with some liquid being spilt over the packaging and soaking through. This is not how Baukjen operate as their packaging is always very gd. The courier service were to blame.
But after a quick call, a solution was found and the company acted promptly to put it right. I am happy with the result and love the clothes I buy from Baukjen.

I have had many items since Baukjen started. The quality is excellent and fit perfect. Downside I feel the prices are creeping up especially blouses.
