Robyn dark denim jeans staining
I purchased Robyn dark denim jeans. The jeans made my hands and shoes blue after washing them. It ruined my Adidas trainers. Baukjen refused to pay for the damages. I returned jeans, but had to chase up Baukjen for a refund after 14 working days since returning them. I am disappointed with the clothes' quality and poor customer service

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed when id checked my order and they changed the size immediately. I really wasn’t expecting that to happen!

I will never buy from Baukjen again
I will never buy from Baukjen again. I ordered two items which arrived separately. Neither fitted, so I sent them back separately following instructions, and dropping them off at a local collection point. Several weeks later when I phoned to find out where my refund was, I was told that one item had arrived back, but not the other. There seems to be no way of tracing the parcel which they claim has not arrived, though it was sent before the parcel that did arrive back.
I am left out of pocket by a substantial amount. It's just not worth shopping at a company that has no proper control over its procedures.

No sign of refund 2 weeks after goods sent back
I sent my purchase back on Mar 29 and after 2 weeks there’s no sign of return progress.
Be careful when you buy this brand!

Best customer service ever!
I’d ordered a top, which most unfortunately didn’t suit me, so I returned it via Evri, as instructed. A week later, the tracking showed that the package hadn’t moved since Evri collected it. I emailed Baukjen with a screenshot of the tracking info (it’s impossible to contact Evri). The auto-response said that Customer Services worked Monday-Friday (today is Saturday).
However, within an hour I received an email from Mani at Customer Services, telling me my refund has been processed!
This is undoubtedly the best and fastest customer service I have ever received! Thank you Mani and Baukjen! 😀

The Customer Service team have been brilliant helping on a query and the items purchased so far this year are of great quality and styling . Sizing has been true as per their guidelines. Yes I do recommend Baukjen for both service & quality.
