Decent colour match. Easier than I expected; not as easy as I hoped. Instructions could be clearer. I am fixing a very small flake of enamel on an external corner, so I’m not 100% confident it will last. But it looks ok so far. Sending it down will be the key

Very easy to use if you follow the instructions correctly, I watched the YouTube video first ,just to be sure ,found the product package really well and all correct,mixed a smaller amount as suggested,as only need 1 chip filled, left as instructed,removed film ,sanded ,polished , great result ,very impressed

Great product but the small pieces of sandpaper weren’t adequate for the job
Product was delivered quickly and did the job really effectively after managing to dent our 2 month old bath. Instructions were easy to follow, though I had to go and buy more sandpaper as the two small pieces provided were inadequate even for only a small repair.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again though

Made the bath like new.
The product was delivered promptly and efficiently. The instructions were spot on and need following precisely and the product will deliver and can’t fail. The finished product is like new and works a treat. As the instructions say, clean, check temperature, wait 24 hours and everything will be fine. Will use again if needed.

Waste of money
Mixed both bottles exactly, following their online tutorial. 24 hours later and it hasn't cured. Waste of money and my heart is broken as I was so excited to use the bath which I'd waited a whole year for due to renovations. Scraped the whole thing off, pure white nonsense that would've probably looked terrible even if it had cured.

Without knowing exactly how much damage occurred or the conditions in which the product was used, it's hard to say why this happened. If the product didn't fully set as expected, it could be because the temperature of the room can affect the cure time on the repair, or maybe not all the necessary parts were used, which might make it take longer to set. To help the curing process, we recommend that you try using a hair dryer on a medium setting to help it dry.

Product failure
I work with epoxy for a living I bought this product because a friends bathroom had a dent and needed a quick fix seeing she lives in a private rented property I followed the instructions to the letter and applied solution at 7.30pm by 11.30am next day the product had not hardened

If the product hasn’t cured fully, it could be down to the temperature within the room where the repair is taking place or in some instances, if not all of the Parts A and B have been fully used. Both could result in a longer cure time. To help the curing process, we recommend that you try using a hair dryer on a medium setting to help it dry.

It was OK but it was so hard to rub down, the sandpaper, won't touch It

Did the job and did it well.
The prompt delivery was a good start. The kit is very well packaged, with more than ample 'stuff' to repair the dent and tiny crack I'd made in the shower tray. The instructions were clear, and the product did what it said on the pack. The final result isn't quite as glass smooth as a professional would achieve, but the repair is 100% waterproof and all but invisible. Compared to replacing a shower tray, the cost has to represent excellent value.

Really helpful company
Really helpful company, very supportive.The kit is straight forward to use but study the contents carefully.
If you have a hole or the tub s cracked and you need to drill to revent the crack spreading, you will need the kit with putty.
The guide and video were very useful. A good product, far easier than replacing the bath.

It is so refreshing to be able to speak…
It is so refreshing to be able to speak to and email a named person. Emma was superb with her help and attention. I felt she cared about my bath issue.
The products are well packed with clear instructions and additional youtube information.
I found I had to work quickly and although I thought the acrylic was proud enough, the shrinkage proofed not.
May need some more. Waiting for it to cure

Not impressed at all by this repair kit. Putty mix did not stick at all to the fiberglass bath.

Brilliant service. Product worked like it should though I didn't see information about the coverage of the epoxy putty when I bought which may have been blindness on my part but I couldn't see it on the site.

Great product for chip repairs
This is a great product for repairing chipped surfaces, in my case, to a shower tray. The instructions are very clear and the pack has everything you need to make the repair. Vertical surfaces are tricky, but by following the recommendations it does work well.
