Barkridges® Anmeldelser

I made a mistake in ordering but Anna from Barkridges was incredibly helpful. The harness is extremely well made and strong. Equally well designed and thought out for a comfortable fit. Not only that it’s the easiest harness to put on a dog ,who would much rather you didn’t, that I have found.

There is so much help and guidance to be found on the Barkridges site. It made choosing and buying the correct harness type and the size so easy.

I was really impressed with delivery and also the help received about fitting of the harness.

I really like Max's new chest plate harness from Barkridge's; we'd been recommended by the vet to get this type of harness to prevent future shoulder issues and so far Max seems to be really comfortable in it. It fits well, looks super smart and is great value for money.

Fantastic service, beautiful well made products, couldn’t rate them enough such a first class service.

Lip has been a great help and very patient with us. We had to return the first harness as it was too large.
She advised us and arranged the replacement

Great customer service. Very responsive. Sent pictures of my dogs in the harness as I had some fitting issues. Help resolve them quickly.

I ordered the tru fit comfort harness for my gsd, Bruce, after seeing it online and getting frustrated with my boys constant pulling on walks. Initially I ordered the wrong size that was too loose at the front, so after speaking with Anna at Barkridges then got the correct size which has worked a treat, pulling is significantly reduced and it is once again a pleasure to walk Bruce. Great product, amazing customer service and quick delivery, I would reccomend anyone to try this harness if their dog is a puller

Good fit and looks comfortable (deep fit for golden doddle )

Excellent quality product and customer service

We encountered a minor issue with our dog's harness, which apparently had not been experienced before, so we contacted Barckridges customer service team for assistance. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about our dog and were committed to providing exceptional customer care. They handled our concern with professionalism and warmth, making the whole process easy and reassuring.

Their attention to detail and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations.

Thanks to their outstanding support, we felt valued as customers and confident in their products. I would gladly recommend Barckridges to anyone looking for quality pet gear and truly caring service.

Excellent product, fast delivery and brilliant follow up.
Great company to deal with and will definitely use again.

Customer Service was very helpful we followed the guideline and ordered a medium for our dog. Recommended was a bit big for him. Ordered the small one but that was too small. A little bit awkward to try and size him up decided to keep the both harnesses as we have a smaller dog, but none of them really fit all that well unfortunately but the product is excellent quality

Excellent service.Super fast delivery .
Very pleased with the 2 harness bought. Good quality and fit is perfect , the extra length is so much better than every day harness .No more rubbing and soreness behind front legs . Highly recommended ❤️

Good delivery, on time. Excellent product.

Very quick delivery & great quality … this is the third one as one of my labs doesnt like a harness so gone for the deeper fit one … perfect fit & very well stitched!

Super quick delivery. Harnesses are sturdy and fit well. No more over the head battles with my dogs

I received my order very quickly indeed. I ordered late afternoon and everything arrived the following morning. Very pleased with the new collar and harness for my cockapoo, Ted.
The collar and harness are very well made and it is easy to make adjustments for a good fit. Also easy to put on and take off. Ted seems very comfortable wearing both the collar and the harness when out for a walk.
I received an email to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I certainly am and I would recommend the harness, collar and the company.

The speed of delivery and the choices of breast plate length to stop under arm chaffing

Really nicely made harnesses with great measurement choices. Came within 48hrs of ordering. Great service.
