I order my banner way back on the 9th of June and still today no banner has arrived and just get zero satisfaction from them, all they seem to want to do id delay, blame and duck doing anything. They claim to be Australia based but that is just a front, they are no more Australian based than Temu, and frankly Temu is better and service and getting items to you on time if not early. If I could I would be giving zero stars

Got some custom table skirts and they turned out fantastic. The finish looks premium and they stick properly without peeling.The cost I paid is absolutely worth the product.

Really happy with bannerbuzz australia. Needed some circle pop put banners urgently and was worried about the timeline, but then one of my friend informed me about this site. Spoke to the support team here and they assured me of timely delivery. Within a few days, I got the delivery of the products.

Getting items great but the wine label stickers not what I expected

I ordered a 3x3 custom canopy after specifically confirming (in writing) that it would fit my existing OzTrail frame. Based on their advice, I went ahead with the purchase. When the canopy arrived, it didn’t fit at all. What followed was a long and frustrating process of back-and-forth communication. I had to repeatedly provide proof of what I’d been told before they finally agreed to a refund. The process took far longer than it should have and caused unnecessary stress.
At no stage was I told that their canopies are designed to suit only their own frames. In fact, their customer enquiry team clearly told me in writing the opposite. This is critical information that should be disclosed upfront to avoid misleading customers. Because of this incorrect advice, I am now significantly out of pocket. I’ve since been told I would need to purchase their frame (over $700), making this far more expensive than if I had simply been given the correct information from the start. I have had to order thier frame now at my cost after thier mistake. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Incorrect advice, lack of transparency, and a drawn-out refund process that has left me both frustrated and financially impacted.
Note - in response to this review I have had call say they do not have my email and I need to call back. Tried but no response.

I have placed several orders and re-orders and had prompt service every time. The product is top notch and well priced.

I have ordered 3 signs from banner buzz and I have a picture and still emails of what I have approved. The order arrived on time but with wrong signs and the banner was missing
I’m leaving for a long trip soon and needed signs now
Only two signs arrived but only one of these two signs was
Sadly the correct sign is the smallest one and the cheapest one

The other big sign is wrong and the banner is missing and is suppose to arrive separately

I’ve recently ordered from BannerBuzz for the first time and I’m very impressed with the price, the communication, the delivery and the quality was top notch. I will definitely be using BannerBuzz again for my business.

The pricing and range is good.
Communication, not so.
First, they are based overseas somewhere and have poor English, so they don't understand simple instructions.
Second, you communicate with a different person who doesn't bother reading previous messages. Hence it is hard to make any progress.
Third, they claim attempts of making contact when it is clear they never attempted to phone.

Good quality, fast response, and quick delivery times.

Happy with the printing and size results.
Would have been more satisfied with better communication with BannerBuz.

Do not buy from this company. Absolute disaster from start to finish.

I placed an order for 7 items on March 4 and specifically confirmed with customer service that everything would arrive on time. I was clearly told it would be delivered by March 19. I approved all artwork by March 5, so there was zero delay on my end.

Then on March 13, they suddenly called to say the delivery would be pushed to March 27, which is completely useless since my tradeshow is before that. After pushing back, I was told I could upgrade to priority shipping and receive everything by March 20. I paid an additional $700 for that upgrade.

Today is March 16, and now they’re telling me it will STILL arrive on March 27. So what exactly did I pay $700 for?

To make things worse, I’ve had to call them five separate times just to get updates, and every time I get a different answer. At one point, I was even told the order was put on hold again, even though it should have shipped days ago.

This company is disorganized, unreliable, and completely lacks accountability. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then charge you extra for services they don’t even fulfill.

Avoid at all costs if you care about timelines or actually receiving your order when promised.

Absolute scam - I paid for a sign - there was no "design help" that I paid for. I'm sitting on hold here now to try to get a $55 refund for 24 minutes - this is the 6th call after about 5 emails to try to get a refund - STAY AWAY

Advertises as being in Australia, everything is a lie. Company is in India, they have sent me the wrong size 2x and refuse to engage with my email communication. They are a signage company that don't know the difference between cm and mm! They hang up on phone calls when complaints are being made. Avoid this company at all costs

Product quality average. Communication poor. Advertises as Australian. Its not. Product comes from India. Paid express shipping. Came over a week after expected. Ignoring all emails now regarding complaints. Do not recommend
