Package arrived a week later, paid priority posting extra $44 for a company in Brisbane and it came from OS and didn’t arrive as stated on priority. Unfortunately not a great first experience at all!!

Purchase several trestle table covers for our basketball club. We love them and they looked amazing at our clubs presentation night! Very happy customer and can highly recommend!

Quality work

I ordered two window decals on 3 September, order AU410888651788405925, and paid the priority shipping premium against a delivery date of 7 September displayed at checkout. The order was not despatched until 5 September, from Ahmedabad, and was then routed through Italy, France and China. It is now 18 September and the parcel still has not been delivered. Four delivery attempts failed and it has been sitting at a FedEx collection point since 15 September.

The delivery instruction I entered at your checkout, to leave the parcel with building management, never made it onto the air waybill, which is why the one genuine attempt failed.

The complaint handling has been worse than the delay. I raised ticket 02619047 through your portal at 10:55am on 8 September asking for a refund of the shipping premium. At 4:08pm the same day I received an email announcing the ticket had been fully resolved, with the resolution field left blank and nothing offered. Your own ticket record shows no activity at all beyond my two comments, and the ticket still displays as open. Your chat agent had asked me to wait until the end of that day and promised a callback within 6 to 12 hours, both of which the resolution notice pre-empted.

I escalated by email to your parent company's reviews address on 14 September, copying your Australian sales address, and have had no reply from either. I called your 1800 number today and got an automated message directing me to chat before it disconnected. So before anyone replies here asking me to email the reviews address, that has already been done and ignored.

The products themselves may well be fine when they eventually arrive. The shipping service I paid extra for was not provided, and there is no working way to reach anyone about it.

I was looking to purchase a Vinyl Banner, at a REASONABLE PRICE, for an outdoor display I was building. Even though MOST of the Bannerbuzz reviews I read were VERY negative, I decided to order a Custom Vinyl Banner to determine the quality of their products myself. After an almost 4 week wait, my banner arrived and it was BRILLIANT. The design was exactly as I had submitted; The colour of the design was sharp and rich; The quality of the vinyl and the stitching at the looped ends was exceptional.
I was so impressed with the first banner, I ordered my 2nd banner that same afternoon. The 2nd banner arrived INSIDE 3 WEEKS and was just as good as the first. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

I was also very impressed with the pre-order process. The design I originally submitted was slightly altered to allow it to fit on the banner more proportionately. The colour richness was also slightly upgraded to give the design more depth. This was all done in-house AND at no extra cost. Once the company and I agreed to the final design outcome, it then went into production. I was kept fully informed of all the steps that took place. Which is why I was happy to wait for 4 weeks to receive the finished product (first banner).

I'm hoping that the banners will definitely stand the test of time, as they are a permanent outdoor fixture.

As it stands, I'm completely happy with BANNERBUZZ for their service, comms, professionalism and the quality of the finished products they delivered. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again.

Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. BannerBuzz has managed to turn what should have been a straightforward order into weeks of frustration and wasted time.

Their customer service is practically non-existent. Their phone number simply doesn’t work — I tried repeatedly for around two weeks — and the occasional emails I received were full of apologies and promises to follow up, only for absolutely nothing to happen afterwards.

The whole experience has been astonishingly unprofessional. The website may look polished and professional, but unfortunately the service behind it is anything but.

After wasting far too much time simply trying to get someone to respond and resolve the issue, I’ve given up and taken our club’s business elsewhere.

I very rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience genuinely deserves one.

PS: Just received your below response. And yes, every few days a different person from your team replies and sends some information but after nearly three weeks I still haven’t received the quote - so not sure how this can be called a meaningful service? In the meantime I have contacted other suppliers and have received quotes within 24 hrs… and how about the phone number you provide on your website that’s supposedly available 24/7 and NEVER gets answered? Then your people (when they reply every now and then) mention a chat option - without including a link for it - which is nowhere to be found on your website. Absolutely hopeless. Not sure how you can still exist as a company with such meaningless customer service… again even 1 star is generous.

Great quality banners and am so happy with my purchase. Friendly and helpful staff with fast turnaround times and postage.

Very disappointing experience with BannerBuzz Australia. Their website stated that my order would arrive by a specific date if I paid the substantial additional cost for priority shipping. That date is now about to pass, and my order has still not arrived.

Over the past three days, I have called their customer service number numerous times. Each time, an automated message stated that they were too busy to take my call, directed me to the online chat, and then disconnected the call.

After contacting the online chat bot, I finally received tracking information showing that my order had travelled through three separate countries and would not arrive until several days after the delivery date promised when I paid for priority shipping.

I paid a significant additional fee specifically to receive the order by the advertised date. The delayed delivery and complete lack of accessible customer support have made this a very frustrating experience. I will not be using BannerBuzz again.

I am sure a statement and request to contact customer support will appear below—despite customer support being virtually impossible to reach.

The prompt service and the banner turned out absolutely beautiful the artwork done was perfect just there was some minor creases in it from it being rolled up so I am flattening it out with some glass overnight But I'm that impressed that will probably order another one regards Dean Paul lane Hopefully get a discount off my next order

The magnetic strength on the die-cut magnets are really poor. They will fall off very soon.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Easy enough to design business cards, value for money and delivery was also fast enough and arrived 2 days earlier than predicted.
Business cards quality is ok. Printed edges seem a little thin, but that is expected for the standard business cards.

Fast turn around and very high quality printed banners off iphone high res images - some creasing in the canvas upon arrival however this was overcome with some gentle ironing and hanging the banners for a few days. The banners are very economical and the after sales serviceback up is exceptional. Highly Recommended.
