The product is suitable for what I wanted and the price reflects this. Communication with the support team is responsive and they got back to me quickly.
What I didn't like was that the store said it was based in Auckland, NZ, but the product was made in India. So when I paid priority shipping, I expected the product to be delivered in time under the understanding that it was being shipped from Auckland. If I had know it was being shipped from India I would never have placed the order from this store. My item was shipped from India, then Italy, France, China, Australia and finally to NZ. The company has refunded me the priority shipping money because the item was not delivered on time. Would I order from them again? Yes, if there was no timeframe pressure.

Great quality product!
I was very impressed with the high quality of the product we received. We also submitted a low res artwork, which they worked on to make it large enough at no extra cost, which I really appreciated! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I needed a sign within days, and so I searched a ".co.nz" company so I knew that it would be printed in NZ and sent fast. This company sent me the banner from India and it took a week and a half to arrive once I received the confirmation. That was disappointing and I wish it had been better outlined on their website. But other than that one little thing, it was a pleasure to do business with BannerBuzz and if I wasn't in a rush next time, I would gladly order from them again :)

They completely changed. The dimensions of my decal didn’t follow instructions so I couldn’t use it, they were nice enough to offer me a credit which I took them up on that offer and as soon as I said, yes, I’d like a credit they ghosted me close the ticket and won’t respond.

This was for an important client project and it sent me back now 10 days just a waste and poor customer service. There’s better companies out there. Don’t try to save a few dollars and get something you’ll end up regretting.

Needed some custom bar neon flags for my bar and these guys actually delivered what I wanted. The website was straightforward and the final product looked professional.Now the entire ambience at the bar looks more wonderful.

The final products arrived well-packaged and professionally finished, which made the entire setup look premium.

The efficiency and convenience of being able to complete everything online was excellent. The entire process felt very trustworthy, especially with the clear updates on where the product was at each stage. The delivery was also prompt and reliable. I will definitely consider working with them again in the future.

This company are nothing more than a bunch of con artists. When ordering from their website they misrepresent the fact that they are actually based in India. I gave very explicit instructions that I required delivery before a specified date as I would be departing from the city and there would be no one to accept delivery of the order. Communication with this company is a nightmare. After calling to cancel after they failed to hold their side of the bargain I was shoved from pillar to post and they refused to refund my money. A shocking experience all round. Avoid at all costs

Poor communication. Failure to deliver on time. Failure to deliver agreed product.

The real question is what went right, aside from finally delivering two weeks late, despite charging extra for on-time delivery.

Do not buy from this company. The banners I ordered in red, arrived pink. I have tried to email, phone and chat about the incorrect colour of the banners - no response and the phone/chat won't connect. They were overly priced for the quality as well.

Update: Since posting this review, they have been in touch and we have worked through our concerns and they are reprinting the tablecloth for us. However, it shouldn't take a bad review for someone to respond.

My order arrived damaged. I have emailed Banner Buzz twice and a over week later I still have not had a response. Terrible customer service.

I would never recommend buying from them it took 3 weeks to get a full refund but they only done a 50%refund I’m never buying again from them

They are another of those companies that present themselves as being a local New Zealand store, even with local support phone numbers. But then when it is ordered, the item ends up shipping from India. My shipment was held up in customs because of "missing commercial invoice".
I complained to support via chat and they said it is normal for them to ship from India for some items and that there is no delay. Even after I showed them the clearance delay status from Fedex, they still said there is no delay and I should keep waiting. I said that is not the point. I could have had the item faster from another store if I had known they ship from India and that they are being dishonest. It is not normal to think a store is shipping within New Zealand and then to take 2 weeks to deliver the item that could be acquired more quickly elsewhere.

Update #1
After talking via online chat with Greg, I was then reconnected to Roman who started helping me again from scratch. He insisted nothing was delayed and I should keep waiting, and he would do "something" to push the priority on FedEx. At the same time, I called FedEx myself. They said the package was stalled at customs for missing invoice documents. The agent asked if I could provide them and gave me an email. I've yet to confirm if that helped to unblock the package. Point being, BannerBuzz provided lies from 2 different support people that the package was fine, while it clearly needed more docs that I had to try and remedy myself. My belief is that they might be a scam and try to delay delivery or make it look like a customs problem. We shall see. BannerBuzz kept quoting another week from now for delivery even though FedEx never said that and it was stalled.

Day 5 of no response to my email about the delivery of a sub-standard banner. DON'T use this company!!!!!! You can't get ANYONE to respond via email, or phone. I tried for 2days to get hold of a customer service person to speak to, eventually got hold of someone who told me to email my complaint. That was 5 days ago now and they still havent opened the email. I want my money back as I cannot use the banner, it is wrinkled and someone in the company changed the layout so it has a large white gap on one side.

DON'T use this company!!!!!! The proof process is a nightmare. You can't get ANYONE to respond via email, or phone. I tried for 3 days to get hold of a customer service person to speak to, all to no avail. Finally after trying to get connect via online chat, I thought the issue got solved and the person said my order would be expediated because it had a deadline and that deadline was closing fast. My order did NOT arrive on time even though I paid $20 for quick postage. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I'm disgusted at how difficult it is to get in touch with anyone. It feels very 'scammy'. I don't believe they are in NZ at all.

Presents as a NZ company but seem to be based in Gujarat, India. Shipping from India is a big problem and I still have not received my products. If they had been truthful about their operation I would never have ordered
