Balsam products are top quality and the speed of delivery is excellent. I highly recommend their trees (with fabulous storage bags) and this year I bought an outdoor weath to go on our door.

This is our second Balsam Hill tree! As before, the selection and quality are great, prices are reasonable, and shipping was very fast.

Ordering price and delivery were all exceptional. I gave only four stars because I haven’t actually unpacked my tree and won’t until December 2026. But I have seen one of your products that my son bought and it was gorgeous so I have faith my tree is too!

We called to inquire about the English instructions and the customer service was pleasant and got us the info we needed in an email quickly as we were still on the phone. We tried out our new tree before it was packed away until next Christmas. We were very relieved to have quick and courteous help.

We were pleased with the quality of the tree and the reality. Looking on line it is difficult to determine what the trees actually look like in person. The tree looks so real but you don’t have to water it or worry about needles dropping!

I used the chat 💬 to find out more about the two trees I was thinking about buying. This person was very informative and gave her opinion on them. I asked about other sales and info in which they advised and also said that they didn’t know specifics but when they usually are. This was helpful as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy right then or near future. I’m glad I went forward with the purchase as I went onto the site when I received an email of further sales and the tree I bought was sold out.
