I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The tree looks stunning, and the 5.5ft full version turned out to be the ideal size for my space. I was initially worried it might feel too large, but it's perfectly balanced and fits beautifully. The after-sales was also outstanding. I would recommend a Balsam Hill tree to others

Lights not working
I ordered a lighted garland and a lighted wreath. The garland arrived with three lights out and within two weeks one half of the lights on the wreath were out.

Our lighted garlands and wreaths are crafted with UL-listed light strands and are designed for seasonal use, though lighting components can be affected over time by handling, storage, or extended use. While this order falls outside our warranty window, we prepared troubleshooting guides on our website, and our team is always available if you need clarification on those steps.

I bought this tree after Christmas. The two boxes came quickly. I unpacked the boxes and put the tree in to the storage bags until christmas next year. I am eating the shipping. You want to know about the tree? Ask me next December.

I have been wanting a Balsam Flip Tree for over six years when you had to purchase them from the US. Highly communicative
Highly communicative, effective shipping, cannot attest to the tree/product itself as it hasn't been unboxed and won't be until the end of this yr...I'll need to revisit this end of 2026 but I am very optimistic given previous reviews and images shared by others.
