The selection was adequate
The selection was adequate, but it would’ve been nice not to have to order. Something. Would’ve been nice to take it off the floor and take it home.

One Of The Worst
We bought a new shower and right from the get-go it was and still is a nightmare. Poor customer service and the quality is pathetic. It's been leaking from day one...we have put extra silicone in every possible place where water could escape and it still leaks. Stay away from Bath Depot or you'll be writing a similar review.

Bad quality, Horrible manuals
I am 42 years old, I assembled all kinds of furniture, from Ikea to Wayfair to Giant tiger and Walmart, all those chinese kits with poor manual and questionable quality, but the stuff from Bath Depot takes the (crap) cake! The manual is horrible! I had the bottom of the vanity installed in the wrong way and ended cutting the wrong side to fit the pipping, a simple "front" sticker or a mention on the manual would avoid that. The only way to know? A single minuscule screw hole that doesnt match the pictures in the manual. Horrible quality for the price they charge.

Terrible service
Terrible service, once they got your money you are stuck. I ordered A kitchen faucet, waited several days and received bathroom shower. Contacted the support and was told to go to pay again for the next one and to bring the wrong one to the store nearest to me. And once they get it they will issue a refund. I was not doing either. At this moment I knew I will never buy from them again. I went with a more reliable supplier. Told them to send a courier as I’m not willing to drive to their store. Still waiting for the courier to pick up and still no refund.

Bathtub purchase
I had a great experience purchasing my bathtub and faucet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the prices were very competitive. I originally requested delivery, but when my plans changed, they were very accommodating and quickly switched my order to a rush pickup without any issues. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them!
