BIG SCAM
Scam, don’t buy from here. Their instagram followers are fake and make it seem like they're a popular store - which is what misled me into buying from them. I spent £225 on a dress which said it would arrive between 2-3 weeks, never came. Reached out to them on Instagram and whatsapp, they don't even read your messages, yet they constantly put the same post on their story of how they're dealing with “a lot of customer enquiries and they'll reply in 48hours” LIES. Luckily I paid with my amex and I was able to claim the money back. Scammers. Wish I researched them properly before buying but their instagram and website look legit.

On the 23rd of October 2023, my family ordered seven outfits for a wedding. We paid an extra £30 for priority shipping in the hopes of having it stitched and delivered by November 20th, 2023.
We spoke with someone on their business Whatsapp channel before placing the order, and they assured us that the delivery would be made before the 20th of November. They insisted on transferring the £1,045.00 via bank transfer. We stated that we could only pay that large sum by card, and "girl" on WhatsApp sent us a SumUp link to pay for the order.
The card payment was made solely for security reasons. Instead of a debit card, I used a credit card.
The payment was made to bahirah.com, a partner or parent company.
We waited a few weeks and requested an order update, but the person on WhatsApp did not respond for more than a week. We kept chasing and began emailing both bahirah.com and asianadornments.com, but received no response except from someone at bahirah.com who stated that I should contact asianadornments.com. I mentioned that the SumUp payment was sent to bahirah.com and received a response stating that they would follow up.
We haven't received any emails since then, and we check in every other day for an update.
Finally, on WhatsApp, someone responded, saying not to worry, and that it would be delivered on the 20th of November, as promised, and this was around the 10th of November. We responded by requesting a refund, and they said they would process it before going silent again. The 27th of November has passed with no responses and no refund of our £1,045.00. People are being scammed by these two companies.
Consider all the innocent women and children who did not receive their special day attire.
Avoid these two companies. We requested a chargeback from our credit card company.

The worst customer service ever. I bought 6 suits and only received 5. They will not send the 6th and they have not given a refund. I’ve tried emailing them and texting on WhatsApp but no response. I left a comment on TikTok and they deleted it. Don’t give them your business!

The worst experience ever. The quality is very poor. They show the pictures of branded clothes and then send you these cheap clothes and takes way longer for delivery. The customer service is very very bad. Believe me, guys don’t waste your money on this website rather buy directly from Pakistan.

So I spent over £300 for two suits with them. Firstly they guaranteed they would be with me for the 10th of August. A few days earlier I was constantly messaging them being ignored eventually replied on the 10th of August to find out the delivery had been shipped from Karachi on the 10th of August. Blamed it on the staff and confusion of dates. Had to rush and get a new outfit the day before the wedding. Then promised to give me a full refund once items are returned. I returned both outfits 31st of August. Acknowledged it by part refunding me just £90 as I had paid part bank transfer and part on the website. Promised me the remaining £230 will reach my account in the next 10 days. It’s now October and nothing, I’m fed up. I have began filling in my small claims court form and will be getting my refund legally. I have screenshots of all the conversations to prove my claims. I’m disgusted.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service by this company I can’t say they are professionals at all. I ordered my outfit early June stating in notes I require it by mid July. They informed me that it will be dispatched within 10days. After 2 weeks still no outfit. Only then to be told it has been dispatched and I will receive an email with the tracking number. This never happened. Contacted them via all mediums Instagram, WhatsApp, and email just to be ignored! They have taken my money and I have received nothing. This is now being raised as a complaint through the right Channels. I had to end up buying another outfit for the event. Absolutely appalling service.
Delayed delivery and poor communication
My order was delayed and that is when the WhatsApp team began to ignore me and then the IG team replied implying that I can't read - even though they contradict themselves on their website and on chat. See my issues below.
To the company - do not reply to this trying to justify yourselves like you've done with other 1 star reviews. I know what my experience was and it was poor.
1. The processing tab on the website said the order would take 3-4 weeks to process. The WhatsApp team (number ending 616) confirmed this by saying it would take my order 3-4 weeks to be DELIVERED. We are on week 5 with no updates. The IG team said the processing time is 3-5 weeks with delivery time being a further 2-4 days. So which is it? Your website timeframe or made up one when the order is delayed? And why would the processing time not include the WHOLE process including delivery? Either way, the IG team was wrong because it doesn't say 3-5 weeks anywhere.
2. If my order is delayed, I expect to be notified, like every other company does. What I do not expect is to chase it constantly and get ignored DAYS before the wedding and a WEEK after it was meant to arrive.
If I'm having issues with my order, the bare minimum your service team can do to mitigate the problem is to provide updates for reassurance. Ignoring your customers under a guise of being 'busy' isn't good enough especially when you know that we are 2-3 days away from a big event with no idea where our clothes are.
Overall, the service was great but once they've taken your money you'll be lucky to get a response let alone one that isn't patronising or contradictory to past communication from the company.
Customer Service is horrible
Bahirah’s customer service was great until I actually had problems with my order, at which point they just started to ignore me. I received my outfit later than I was supposed to, having originally ordered on 1/05/23, I revived it on 22/06/23. Bahirah themselves said processing time was 4 weeks via WhatsApp. They haven’t replied to a single email since 14/06/23, and they missold their items. The saree I purchased is a pre pleated one and there is no description of this on the website at all. I was under the assumption I was buying a regular saree as this is not stated on the saree listing itself. Haven’t gotten back to me about returning the item despite multiple emails and I had to go through my bank. Disappointing.

I saw their post on Instagram for same day delivery in Birmingham and since I didn’t have an Eid outfit I ordered from them and within 4 hours it was on my door step. The suit was perfect. Made my day. Great service

This was my first time ordering from bahirah, I received my Mohsin naveed ranjha clothes today and they are perfect from the stitching to the details of the kameez. Since I’ve never ordered from here I was a bit worried on how it would turn out but it was just the way I wanted it. I definitely recommend ordering from here as I will definitely be ordering more!

You don’t be disappointed!
Bahirah has been my go to place for Pakistani clothes. I’ve been shopping here for almost 4 years and not been disappointed. I usually opt for custom stitching and at times I do need slight adjustments here and there but it’s still been a great experience and I shall continue to shop from here. Definitely worth trying!
