Avoid this site at all costs!
Avoid this site at all costs!! They sent me the wrong order. I paid for a premium service for an elan outfit, and they sent me HALF an outfit. I wanted to wear an extremely heavy outfit for my brothers wedding and they sent me just a top with no dupatta, no skirt, tailored to the wrong measurements and very poor stitching. I queried about the poor embellishments and stitching quality, and they refused to accept. I asked for atleast the missing parts of the outfit because a) how do they expect me to wear it with only a kameez, and b) they took money for a full outfit Inc heavy dupatta and lengha and only sent the kameez.
It's absurd and they completely ignore your messages.
Unless you are an influencer, they pay you NO attention and refuse to respond to any questions.. never mind a refund.

We have taken a look into this and have sent you an email regarding the missing skirt and dupatta. Apologies for not delivering this within the same package to you.
The outfit that you had ordered is also not an extremely heavy outfit. It consists of organza material with a raw silk skirt and dupatta. These are not heavy materials and we did not imply anywhere that this is an extremely heavy design. All description of the outfit was given to you before placing the order.
In your communications with us, you did not mention that the tailoring has not been done to your measurements. You did mention the difference in embellishments to which we did let you know that brands do not provide us with the same embellishments therefore closely matched are added if not the same. This information was given to you before you placed an order to which you agreed to in the terms and conditions too. This is also mentioned in our product policy too.
We had informed you that our team is on break and we will not be able to look into this till we are back to our usual schedule due to the Eid break hence could not respond to this sooner. Since returning, we have updated you too.
We have sent you an email so that we can rectify this situation.

Terrible service
Terrible service, the website states that if you order an outfit before a certain date or from the Eid promise collection that they can guarantee delivery before Eid. They can’t even provide information on whether the order has been dispatched or what’s going on.. and it’s now one day before Eid. Instead of taking advantage of special occasions, try and limit the number of orders you accept so you can actually process them as promised. Awful, several people have avoided ordering from you now to avoid disappointment.

Im so so happy with my order
Im so so happy with my order. It came through a few days ago & it fits like a glove! Stitching is perfect and service has been great. There a few loose threads but that is expected. Everything has been perfect.

I missed the deadline for Eid. I asked if they would be able to deliver on time or not and they did say that there’s a chance it won’t since I missed the deadline. But thankfully I’ve received it today and I am so happy with it. The communication was clear and service has been brilliant

I had ordered a crimson outfit and had it customized to my requirements by requesting additional lining for the sleeves for modesty and a matching hijab. I received my order and it was honestly the best. The outfit was so done up and beads were so stunning. Hijab matched perfectly too. So pleased with my order and inshallah will be ordering from them again
