Awful customer services I want a refund

I ordered in April and it was meant to be delivered last week and it’s not arrived, I’ve been ringing and emailing them so many times they have been ignoring me, please avoid this website it’s dodgy and fraud

So far it’s been great! I wanted to try out Bahirah for some time because they have really nice clothes. I ordered for Eid and it arrived on time and fit really nicely. I’ve now ordered some clothes for a wedding so really excited to receive them. I would really like do they can do quick next day delivery though

A few things. I ordered my clothes Feb 28th and didn’t receive them until April 28th, even when I paid extra for quicker shipping. If you order around Eid, order 3 months ahead. Second, some of them didn’t fit me properly. They are all too short or a little tight, even when I gave them my personalized measurements, so I have to adjust them myself. I even gave them my height, not sure why they are all short! Third, the quality of the clothes is not exactly like the designer images. They make outfits as close as possible to the designers outfits but use different quality fabric from what I’m seeing.
Also, I ordered 2 outfits that were supposed to be 2 piece lehengas, but for some reason they sewed 2 pieces together it to look like a layered dress instead? Very odd. I needed clothes as an emergency though so I guess this is what you get when you don’t live in Pakistan and have easy access to designer clothes nearby. At least they came before my events and were easy to contact, but, was hoping they’d at least fit me better.

It was a nice choice when I decided to buy the outfit from you I liked it very much

Don’t believe the negative reviews on here! BAHIRAH was incredibly easy to use and the package came on time and all of my dresses were high quality and absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered 1 suit on 22nd January 2024 with custom tailored stitch. Received confirmation of order email and then nothing. I what's app messaged on 7th Feb 24 for an update, when I was responded to instantly saying my order is with the tailor. I then messaged again on
21st Feb 24. And waited over 12 hours and no response. Eventually I got a response on 22nd Feb 24 saying the stitched outfit is in transit to them. I was also advised to await a dispatch email and was told to be patient for a response.

I messaged on what's app requesting an update on Sunday 3rd March 24 of my order as the Monday was the 6 week delivery deadline (as advised on website). Today is the 6th March 24, I still have not received a response of update on my order. I have what's app
messaged repeatedly from various phone numbers, sent emails and messaged on insta. I have not received a response to any of my correspondence.

Everything all the people below have written in the bad reviews is TRUE and my experience too. AVOID THIS
COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE.

Bad customer service. Virtually no response from the company. Scam artists. Lack of professionalism.

I placed my order well in advance of Eid and now I doubt I will have an outfit to wear! DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING.

UPDATED REVIEW 3 HOURS LATER - CONVENIENTLY A 5* REVIEW LEFT FOR THESE SCAM ARTISTS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONING CUSTOMER SERVICE ON WHATS APP WHICH IS BASICALLY NON EXISTENT.

NEVER TRADED WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE THAT DOES NOT RESPONSD TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

SCAMMERS!!!!! I spent about $600 on two suits for Eid and I even paid extra for PRIORITY shipping.. it's been more than a month and it still says "order is PROCESSING" on my account. I have contacted them several times. I never get responses through Email but I have gotten a few responses on WhatsApp.They are sooo slow at responding! They lied to me saying that my order is ready to dispatch and that there will be a tracking number on my account in 24-48 hours but it's been more than a week and I see NOTHING! It's so frustrating... Reading the negative reviews has made me realize I'm being scammed. I thought this company was legit since they have a "large" following on social media & some of my favourite influencers follow them as well. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I don't think my clothes will ever even arrive! So if you're reading this and have not ordered yet, DON'T!!!!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order ANY clothes from here!! I’ve never experienced as slow service from anyyyyyy business ever in my life, this has topped it. It claims that you’d receive your dress in 3-5 weeks, I have been waiting 8 weeks. When it come to ordering the dress and asking them questions, they’re very quick to answer, but when it comes to asking for WHERE your dress is, and any updates they seem to have disappeared of the face of the earth. I have not only made one order, I have two and I’m don’t think I’ll be receiving the dress for an event I need it for. Also when I dmd on insta, I didn’t receive a nice reply, even though I think expressing my frustration what fair. Disgusting customer service, funny thing is, this brand dupes luxury brands. I’m sure brides receive their dresses quicker than this.

Avoid these scam artists
If I could give a zero rating I would. shambolic customer service, they're quick to take your money but stop replying after.

I ordered in April and was told the order would take to 3-5 weeks to fulfil. I waited and waited and finally contacted them to be told that my order was with the tailor and will be delivered to me the following week. this was in May, waited another 2 weeks giving them the benefit of the doubt but still my order was a no show. Come June there was still no sign of my order being delivered by which point I had sent numerous emails and not received a single reply, except for a link to Evri with a tracking number, which consistently said waiting to receive the parcel from the sender. Evri did not update this status for 2 weeks meaning that these fraudsters had just sent me a link for absolutely no reason, just to shut me up and keep me waiting.
Meanwhile these disgraceful shameless people were still advertising on their social media account, promising deliveries in time for Eid and even some for next day delivery! finally I asked for a refund at the end of June and still didn't receive a response so had to go through my bank for a refund.

In total I waited almost 3 months for these morons to receive nothing in return. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the bother. They seem to only care about social media influencers and use them to rob us normal folk.

Scam, don’t buy from here. Their instagram followers are fake and make it seem like they're a popular store - which is what misled me into buying from them. I spent £225 on a dress which said it would arrive between 2-3 weeks, never came. Reached out to them on Instagram and whatsapp, they don't even read your messages, yet they constantly put the same post on their story of how they're dealing with “a lot of customer enquiries and they'll reply in 48hours” LIES. Luckily I paid with my amex and I was able to claim the money back. Scammers. Wish I researched them properly before buying but their instagram and website look legit.
