It has been a struggle so far
I have been arranging a trip in the Netherlands for about 6 months now and trip is upcoming in 3 weeks. It has been a struggle right from the start and I have had two conversations with a senior Baboo representative with regards to inaccuracies in the documentation provided by the local Netherlands travel outlet. Nothing comes easily and I need to continually review and edit all the information. Often information does not come and I have to ask for it several times. For example, we want to plan our free time but we can’t yet because we don’t have the dates and times for our tours and excursions booked through Baboo. We don’t have train times or anything except hotels at this point. I’m not sure if it is a cultural barrier, but the Netherlands people don’t seem to care. The Baboo representatives do seem to care, but it seems they don’t have much control over their local reps. I will review again once the trip is completed and hopefully it will have a good outcome.

Thank you for organizing a great trip; we had a wonderful time. Minh was fantastic upon arrival, assisting us with check-in. While the Hanoi hotel was under refurbishment, its location, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The next hotel was beautiful, with excellent rooms, views, and tours with Minh. However, the following hotel was rundown and lacked evening activities, though the local attraction views were wonderful, and Minh organized everything well. Ha Long Bay was absolutely wonderful and faultless in every way, with amazing food, and fun activities.

An incredible journey through the stunning Southern Alps! The scenery was breathtaking every minute of the trip. While a traditional touring bike made the initial days quite challenging, especially on steep climbs, the thrilling downhills were worth the effort. In hindsight, an e-bike would have been a better choice for easier navigation. They offer it too.Overall, it was a fantastic adventure, and I highly recommend this tour. Baboo Travel made our trip to Italy unforgettable! We started in Florence with an in-depth Duomo tour by Lucia, and stayed at the wonderful Hotel Berchielli. Our hike from Florence to Siena included stops in Greve, Montefioralle, and a memorable wine tasting at Poggio Amorelli. In Siena, we enjoyed a guided tour of the Cathedral and a fantastic day at Tenuta Vallocaia winery. The charming Hotel Santa Caterina was a perfect base.
