I really don't like going through Facebook to order products. So I went to the website to place an order. To my surprise an agent contacted me and communicated to acknowledge the correct address. Also offered additional discounts on products. I am well pleased.

This product is amazing. It gave me hope and my life back. The commercials tell the truth. Within 3 weeks I had no more shedding and my scalp felt incredible. I’m 6 weeks in and the bald spot I have has hair growing in. My receding hairline now has some baby hairs growing. I also like the scalp stimulator. I give this product a 10 out of 10

I placed an order from them in 17th of August and i haven’t gotten any parcel , it one almost a month now. No feedback from them , I sent lots of email no reply. I regret not checking their review before purchasing. Please don’t fall a victim

My hair is very dry and I had a bald spot, when I started using Azure Batana Oil in January. My hair has gotten visibly longer and the bold spot is getting fuzzy.

Received a text from Angela and she was very supportive and encouraging. I appreciate that in a company I am trying for the first time. I wasn’t expecting to get a follow up text and it was truly appreciated.

Well for starters, I just purchased my products and im hoping for the best. However, something occurred that I am not accustomed to. A real live person. I received a text asking about my address, didn't think anything of it...it A.I right? Nope it's the seller of the product. Im not good with names but the young lady inspired me to really want to use the product to really see if it's going to work. I'll be honest, I purchase hair products and use them for a minute, but after having a full fledged conversation and getting the information that I needed, I think I will do better this go around. 3rd time ordering. It works wonders for my hair texture, also my wife have locs. Hydration is perfect, 10/10 recommend. Started since late 2023

Do not waste your You will never get your money back. money.

After several attempts of trying to email this company because no phone number was provided asking them to please stop the monthly subscription that I never asked for. They continued to send me this product every month to the point my bank even tried to intervene which still didn’t help because they had my debit card number. I was eventually forced to have a new card issued to me with a different number. The stuff [Azure] has done and continues to do to unsuspecting customers is literally criminal and I wish there was a way to make them stop…

This company charged unauthorized reoccurring monthly subscriptions.

Customers Service ignored my emails and refused to send me a refund label.

I had no idea that this was a subscription plan and ordered what I thought was a one-time order. Buyer beware! I canceled my prescription and will notify my credit union. This company uses fraudulent tactics.

Azure Batana Oil is NOT real it is fake. After a month of using this product my hair much thinner now and all I see is shinny scalp. I am hurt and disappointed because I really wanted this product to work for me. Now I have 1/2 jar and 2 jars un open to put in the trash can(will not use).

My SCAM has been recurring from April until June 2026.

Based in China. Scam, I have been dealing with them for 4 months to get refunded. Their customer service takes 14-20 days to respond and is just buying time until you go away. Product is fake and not sourced in Honduras not black-owned as advertised.
