100% SCAM. I ORDERED 20 DAYS AGO, AND STILL NOTING. GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE... THIS B.S COMPANY SUCKS... PLS DONT PURCHASE... #SCAM

Issues…
1. The first thing I noticed was the packaging said made in PRC which is the People’s Republic of China not Honduras, so what’s really in the containers.
2. I signed up for one jar and lo and behold, it said I signed up for a subscription. I have been trying to stop this for a few months.
3. The ads have to be put together by AI. If this could grow actually grow hair, alopecia would be cured.
4. The return /refund is just about non -existent.
5. This company deserves to be shut down in my opinion immediately.

I purchased this product. Next thing I knew, my card was charged a second time. I did not sign up for recurring deliveries. I signed into my account to manage the subscription and cancel, it kept giving me an error. I called the number on the website and it said all operators were busy and leave a message. Of course, no one called back. I had to cancel my debit card to prevent any more charges. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Straight scam, I made a order and got a email saying it will be delivered on Tuesday, now I try to track it and the link crashes

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE COMPANY STATED THAT IT WAS DELIVER . I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL AND THE EMAIL DID NOT DELIVER.

I wish I could give zero stars. Received an email stating it would be delivered on Thursday last week. Then got another email on Saturday saying it was delivered. No package and nothing on my doorbell camera. I go to the email and hit the tracking and it's a blank page. I sent an email on Sunday and no response. SCAM ALERT!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BATANA OIL FROM AZUREBOUTIQUE… it took about 3 weeks to come in but it really worked for me and I’ll shout it to the rooftops! I don’t know why people have it in for this company but I love this product and would use it over and over again… my results and rating from this product is A 10/10… I have pictures for proof… from 2024 - present my hair has grown at least 8-10 inches on 100% Batana Oil… period
And hair is as healthy!!!!!

Ordered on April 6th received email that product was being processed. Next email saying product being delivered. Never arrived. BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered from them once and they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription. Now why would I need a new bottle every month? I emailed them no reply. Then I called today on Sunday and someone answers. He cancelled the subscription. Never dealing with them again. Beware

I ordered April 6, Email was sent stating my package is in the way. Can't track it. No package. I sent order number, still no package. They steal yor money.

I ordered hair products several weeks ago. I was unable to track the package from the link they sent me. I received an error message which stated the website no longer existed. I received an email stating that the package was out for delivery but I never received it Reading the reviews I see that other people are experiencing the same problem. A SCAM, I have notified my bank and will be reporting this company.

I ordered product three weeks ago. I have not received the package yet. I received an email stating that my package was delivered, which was not true. They sent me tracking information which was unsuccessful. I was never able to retrieve. It took me straight to a website that stated the website no longer existed. Reading the reviews I see that other people are experiencing the same problem. I was literally should’ve followed my first mind because I wasn’t sure but I took a chance and submitted the money for the product. This definitely has got to be a scam. I am calling my bank to make sure they block any future payments and I did not subscribe and I will report it to BBB.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on April 3, 2026 received emails with tracking information; however, I could never access the tracking information. Received an email saying my order was delivered April 9, 2026...never received the oil and now I cannot access the website to see my order. The phone number does not work either. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau to see if they can stop the FAKE COMPANY from taking people's money.

Update…. I just received a refund and cancellation of the auto ship.

SCAMMM....I did not read reviews before purchasing.. DO NOT BUY. I have not received item. Also they auto signed me up for recurring shipments. NEVER AGAIN.

I got scammed by Azure as well. I had no idea I was being suckered into a subscription and was disappointed see shipping from China. I wonder if this is organized crime?
The link to cancel on their website never works. STAY AWAY!!!

At Azure’s instructions, I returned a product unopened, and as of this writing have been waiting over 3 months for a refund that has never arrived. Azure was not reachable by phone, and customer service keeps no history of communications. Nonexistent customer service is a bad business model, and unwillingness to issue a refund of $39.99 is also a bad business model.

I bought a single purchase and they didn’t say anything about a subscription. They charged my card for the next month. I had to reply to the email to cancel because the customer service number went to voicemail. They don’t have good business practices. If I buy again from them I will use a gift card. Probably won’t buy anything from them again.
