Excellent support and service on both Canadian and US sides of our journey. Proctors were clear in communications, and able to adapt to our change in schedules. Instructions were very clear and made this stressful process a calm organized one for us. Only reason for a 4(vs 5) was very long response times in the chat, at times over 4 hours. As travel rules were changing, this made pre-trip planning difficult.

We used this service for a return to the the US. Our proctors were very organized, concise, and tenacious when our internet connection failed. Our proctors called repeatedly until our connection was restored and didn't miss a beat. They also answered our questions and we had the digital results in 15 minutes on the app and a digital download in 16. We will definitely use Azova proctoring service again.

This was a very helpful service to get back to Canada after spending 2 weeks in Hawaii. Easy process - except for the verification. No one called me back and I had to wait for over 20 minutes in a chat for someone to verify, which extended the time required. Can't really complain as I did my swab on the beach and had a travel plan with my cell phone, but for those with limited internet time/a strict itinerary to follow, give yourself a bit more time!

Overall helpful service to facilitate travel between Canada and the USA. I had no problem doing the test, eventually received the required paperwork, and had no problems at the border. It was inexpensive compared to lab tests. However, the user experience for submitting test results for validation was a little confusing and the entire process could be better documented end-to-end.

I used Azova COVID-19 test observations services twice - once to enter the USA and once to return to Canada. I used my own Lucira test kits and purchased observation only.

The testing experience was smooth once I as able to connect with a proctor. The proctor was professional and helpful in guiding me through doing the test. (I had already used the Lucira test kit many times on my own.)

However, the instructions for what to do afterwards were less clear. The first time, I was told to keep the app open and stay on the timer/countdown screen, and then send a picture of my result. The second time I was told someone would call me back to verify the result. In both cases, I had to take a picture and submit it in the chat thread associated with the appointment, which was not very obvious. There were also issues reconnecting with someone to "verify" the result. This created unnecessary stress. However, it all worked out in the end.

Site was ok and customer service was great. Had to pay $10 per person to confirm vac status for travel to Hawaii which was reasonable if it saves me time. Overall Recommended
