Scheduling a witnessed COVID-19 antigen test was easy. When my appointment time came the representative contacted me promptly. Her audio quality was terrible, with a lot of echo, crackle, and background noise, but she managed to improve it somewhat. The instructions for proceeding with the test were not entirely clear; a set of clear step-by-step instructions visible on the website would help. After the test incubation period was over, I was contacted promptly, my test witnessed, and a PDF report sent quickly. Trying to find the PDF on my account website was not easy, but I succeeded. Overall, B+ ... glad to have it done. I would use AZOVA again.

I was disappointed in my experience with Azova.I bought the kit,got the test done and took it immediately to UPS.As I was leaving the store(Kihei,Maui)the clerk said to me-the test won't get there overnight,it has to go to Honolulu first.
This was very alarming.I had taken the test and delivered it at the soonest possible time within the 3 days required,The kit had a big note on it saying overnight delivery.So the clerk is telling me the test would be delivered Friday,Feb.18,2022,and my departure was scheduled for 10 pm that night
I phoned Azova to ask if they could flag my sample to try to get results in time.The operator said he had no control over that,and I would have to phone Friday morning.
I was afraid that I wouldn't get my results in time for my evening flight.Fortunately,my daughter had an extra Lucira test,so I bought it from her and we administered it
As it happens,my Azova test results came by email on Friday afternoon,but there was too much uncertainty to count on that.
So,I ended up paying for 2 tests,one from Azova and one from my daughter.Of course I am not happy!

The first rep was very friendly and helpful, after the 15 minute counter the next rep didn't say anything on call I sat there for 30 minutes kept checking my dash board nothing, it wasn't until I realize the message icon was highlighted that she sent a generic long message 20 minutes prior and logged off the call. That was quite annoying to say the least what I assume should have been 20 minutes was almost an hour. Anyhow I wrote in the chat when another rep was on there noting same, she called to apologize and got us sorted, we got our results shortly after. Overall would use again, but note to Azova after the counter please have the rep say something so valuable time doesn't slip away.

We had a great experience with Azova. We purchased COVID test kits to bring on our trip and set up virtual appointments for two days before our return. The process was very easy to manage for our family of four. The staff was very helpful. Did our tests and received our results all within 40 minutes. Much better than trying to find testing here. Would highly recommend for COVID testing for travel.
