This was the second time I’ve tested with this system In the past few months. Their customer service was great, and the results were instant following my test. Every step was well laid out and explained. The interface was user friendly and clear. A good improvement from my previous experience

Easy to use app
Had a video call to watch my LFT being taken. Easy to set up the account, and to call in. The lady conducting the call was very helpful and explained everything as we went along.

Efficient and easy to use
Very efficient and easy to use for Covid video tests for travel purposes. The appointments happened on time and those supervising/verifying the tests were knowledgeable and helpful. The certified results came through very quickly. Only downside was that the pdf test results do not have a QR code (only a bar code, which is not recognised by, for example, Verifly). Although there is a QR code to share the Covid credentials, it appears not to be universally recognised (e.g. Verifly did not recognise it as a valid QR code), meaning that it was necessary to use a screenshot of the result. The screenshots were, however, accepted, and the overall process was certainly more efficient (and significantly cheaper) than booking in-clinic tests.

Everything went very well and was easy to do. We are in our mid 70's and have never had a test before. So we weren't sure what to expect but it went very smoothly.

Wonderful services
AZOVA provided wonderful services for my COVID 19 testing needs while abroad. Fast and courteous service, easy to schedule, instant results. The test was accepted by Delta Airlines/KLM and it was inexpensive ($20 for the telehealth watching session). A slight billing error was correctly instantly as well and very professionally by Kemli H. from AZOVA Customer Support. AZOVA is clearly the way to go for testing!
