Super professional for fair price

Shocking service, shocking prices, never return calls, when we asked for a release letter it took 5 weeks with at least 8 escalation calls. We we never asked why we were leaving.
Do not deal with this company.

It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since we outsourced our payroll with Azets, and I have nothing but praise for them! I have never seen such a weird application questionnaire. Asking in detail about marital status, gender identity, ethnicity (we are talking about 19 options) and the best, sexual orientation (also 10 options!!!) - like yeah, please don't judge anyone for being whatever color, whatever sexual orientation but this goes to far. This is still private and here it seems the more boxes you can check in diversity, the better. I thought companies are looking for the person to get the job done best...

"What was the occupation of your main household earner when you were about aged 14?" - like???

"Did either of your parents attend university and gain a degree (e.g. BA/BSc or equivalent) by the time you were 18?"

How does that matter?

I'm not normally a complainer but when I need to I am determined from the outset, and finally we got a manger who puts the customer first. Result and we are very happy now

We have used Azets for some years now. I have very good service from Wendy Cochran who always answers my queries promptly and who is very patient when I have changes of personnel or hours!

Laura was able to help with the issue I had - clear communication and route forward which was acceptable to us and our employee.

We moved our payroll provider from a global contract elsewhere to a local contract with Azets 1.5 years ago and I wish we could have moved sooner. The transition in provider was handled smoothly with Azets driving the implementation and parallel runs timely.
The monthly payroll runs are completed with ease. I have full trust in their abilities as payroll professionals and feel in safe hands with them. They are very responsive to any queries I have and communicate in a way that a non-payroll specialist will understand.

Fantastic customer service whilst working on a project which really makes us feel valued as a customer.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Azets, specifically with an employee named Marcus. I had arranged for Marcus to prepare my self-assessment by Friday, with the understanding that I would receive feedback the following Monday. Not only did I not receive any feedback, but Marcus has also been completely unresponsive to my emails since then.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Azets based on this experience.

The support and the professional service I got from Laura M. month to month helped me to improve the process and significantly reduce the payroll errors in our org. She was flexible, supportive and reliable. I wish everyone would have the same experience in payroll what I had with Laura and her Team.

Stopped using them in May 2023, out of the blue they asked for details for my personal tax returns for 22/23 in January 24
There was no indication of any cost for this service and they didn't even ask for a PO or confirmation.
(I assumed that this service had been covered by my payments made up to May 23) then to top it all they emailed me again last month offering to do my tax return. Their systems and customer service is a joke

During our Teams meeting, Lewis was patient, helpful and very diplomatic about my mistakes! He followed up promptly with a really helpful email.
