Shocking service, shocking prices, never return calls, when we asked for a release letter it took 5 weeks with at least 8 escalation calls. We we never asked why we were leaving.
Do not deal with this company.

Our goal at 365 Resourcing is to pay our growing number of employee’s correctly on a weekly basis, we have been working with Azets since 2015 to achieve this.
Outsourcing the payroll has meant that we have expert advise to hand and this has been so beneficial, the working partnership has developed over the years and we have adapted processes to problem solve and streamline the work.
Samatha has learnt our payroll, providing a great deal of support and an excellent service every week. She is very personable with great communication skills, our processes have continued to improve and develop with her continual support and accuracy.
She regularly goes above and beyond to deliver time sensitive deadlines every week. This has also contributed to our own logistical planning where all expectations are managed very successfully.

I have never seen such a weird application questionnaire. Asking in detail about marital status, gender identity, ethnicity (we are talking about 19 options) and the best, sexual orientation (also 10 options!!!) - like yeah, please don't judge anyone for being whatever color, whatever sexual orientation but this goes to far. This is still private and here it seems the more boxes you can check in diversity, the better. I thought companies are looking for the person to get the job done best...
"What was the occupation of your main household earner when you were about aged 14?" - like???
"Did either of your parents attend university and gain a degree (e.g. BA/BSc or equivalent) by the time you were 18?"

We moved our payroll provider from a global contract elsewhere to a local contract with Azets 1.5 years ago and I wish we could have moved sooner. The transition in provider was handled smoothly with Azets driving the implementation and parallel runs timely.
The monthly payroll runs are completed with ease. I have full trust in their abilities as payroll professionals and feel in safe hands with them. They are very responsive to any queries I have and communicate in a way that a non-payroll specialist will understand.
Thank you to Laura Malpass for the excellent support you give to us, together with everyone else working behind the scenes, I highly recommend partnering with Azets!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Azets, specifically with an employee named Marcus. I had arranged for Marcus to prepare my self-assessment by Friday, with the understanding that I would receive feedback the following Monday. Not only did I not receive any feedback, but Marcus has also been completely unresponsive to my emails since then.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Azets based on this experience.

The support and the professional service I got from Laura M. month to month helped me to improve the process and significantly reduce the payroll errors in our org. She was flexible, supportive and reliable. I wish everyone would have the same experience in payroll what I had with Laura and her Team.

Stopped using them in May 2023, out of the blue they asked for details for my personal tax returns for 22/23 in January 24
There was no indication of any cost for this service and they didn't even ask for a PO or confirmation.
(I assumed that this service had been covered by my payments made up to May 23) then to top it all they emailed me again last month offering to do my tax return. Their systems and customer service is a joke
