Great service, ease in cancellation
Really fantastic experience overall; very easy to use. Sadly I had to cancel a VIP experience with a band, and having the insurance on the tickets allowed me to get a refund within moments via the chat, with a real human, in the lovely Tasha. Refunds are rarely that quick with any service, and the fact that this was painless and fast made me quite happy!
