The guys tgere helped me loads, to understand the appliances and showed me different appliances with different price ranges ended up buy a gas hob £100 cheaper then other places.

Very friendly staff ,and helpful and they give you good advice on products which you want to buy and prices are reasonable than currys .I bought few appliances. I would recommend and definitely buy again from AW APPLIANCES.

Maa shaa Allah, very wonderful store with absolutely any appliance you need, I purchased my whole kitchen appliances and arrived on the day scheduled, very good value for money. The african lad Ibrahim knew exactly what I was after and made me feel at ease and explained in detail as to what the appliances best features were. Shafiq was amazing at offering me a further discount when I told him my wife gave birth to twins.
Overall a great family run business and definitely recommend them.

I purchased an American fridge freezer, cooker, cooker hood, and oven—all delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The delivery team went above and beyond to help move everything into my new kitchen.

They sell faulty damaged appliances, the staff are rude, unhelpful, avoid this company.

Just purchased all my kitchen appliances from aw , really happy with the sales guys. They went out there way to do me a deal ,very flexible on storing my appliances at no extra cost .

Its a rip off place run by very dishonest people with people also not knowing what they are talking about. Zanussi hob with scratches (i was told RRP 350 reduced to 230) and then I was told i can have it for 190.00 Currys selling it for 189.00 nee. They will try to rip you off thinking they can. AVOID at all cost. Buy new and from reputed brands with much better customer services.

I have bought full kitchen appliances from this company. They said they reduced the Fridge Freezer as they one i order never arrived. What choice would a person have in such circumstances? I have paid £400 pounds extra, but the company said they gave me £200 discount!
I HAVE explained many times that the washing machine (hoover) was faulty, as it doesnt spain. They want to fix it but i refused as this machine was graded and it should have been tested by the company. I didnt have faith in them at all, so i request a replacement ( a new washing machine) paid extra £130, they said it should have been 180.. but they reduced it to compensate me. I paid the kitchen fitter 140 extra because of the delays the caused me..yet they called me after my google review and offer me £50 to remove the review..

Disappointed beyond words..

I went with my mum to buy her a cooker. The service was so good, especially to my mum who finds change difficult, I also ended up buying the delonghi range cooker during our second visit. This cooker is only available here. Ahmed was very patient and answered all questions with no pressure to buy. Both visits service was great and we knee we can leave without buying. Other places didn't explain particular issues that may not be suitable for our living.
Delivery men were great too. They worked well with my elderly mum and delivered to her satisfaction
