You messed us about with the delivery time and changed your reason/excuse for this twice, which cost us a double fee from the installer due to your no-show and failure to pick up the phone. So no, your slightly helpful price was no saving whatsoever. We would have been far better off going to John Lewis.

1st excuse was: "we don't open at that time" despite stating explicitly that it would be no problem
2nd excuse was: "our van broke down"

I'm more on the side of the first excuse, but that you were happy to bullshit us at the point of sale. No offer of any refund for this.

The cooker is excellent though; mind you, that is nothing to do with you as you are only a stockist.

Reliable- Flexible- Friendly - Efficient

When we had our Kitchen Re-done, we were recommended AW Outlet for our utilities. Kitchens being re-done are very stressful and expensive.
When we attended this store to browse appliances, we met Ibrahim.
He met all our expectations with the utilities we needed.
We needed a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking hob and Cooking extractor fan.
Ibrahim showed us around and had knowledge on which utilities were best for our needs.
The communication and delivery was efficient and they were very flexible with delivery and change in our needs. A year on, Ibrahim has been welcoming with any queries we have had and help needed.

Fantastic service from a genuinely helpful Company. They went above and beyond by arranging a kitchen fitter for me. The fridge was delivered yesterday and the fitter arrived the very next morning to install it.Everything was organised smoothly and the communication throughout was excellent. It's rare to find a Company that is this efficient and helpful. I've already messaged them personally to say thankyou but they absolutely deserve a public recommendation too. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a washer dryer from AW Outlet and had a really great experience. When I called, they answered the phone straight away and the guy I spoke to was really polite and helpful. He confirmed they had one in stock — something the big stores like Currys and AO didn’t even have available when I checked online.

I went down to the shop and, just as promised, he had one ready for me to look at. While I was there he even gave me a bit of a deal on the appliance, which I really appreciated. To top it off, he helped me load it into my car as well.

Great service, really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend AW Outlet if you’re looking for appliances and good customer service.

My experience of using AW Outlet has been excellent and I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to buy electric appliances. I needed a Zanussi integrated microwave to fit into an existing space in a kitchen unit. It was the only supplier in the country that had the correct size and model in stock and for a very competitive price. Communication with staff, who I found to be courteous and polite throughout the process from ordering to delivery, was fantastic and I received my microwave in three days. I am really impressed and will be ordering from AW Outlet again. Thank you for great service.

From start to finish everyone at AW Outlet were amazing. Not at all pushy but so helpful and considerate. There was good communication even from the delivery driver, I knew where I stood the whole time and when my purchase was delivered the delivery driver was lovely and so respectful. Was hesitating at first using this company services but followed my instinct and I don t regret, nice and helpful customer service, great price to take advantage of and the delivery man was very friendly!
Just one thing I had to call myself to find out about the delivery day as I did not receive any follow up about it!!
However I thing its an honest and reliable company to do business with!

I had a very upsetting encounter with one of this company’s delivery drivers, even though I’m not a customer. His behaviour towards me was aggressive and left me feeling genuinely unsafe. The incident was captured on CCTV.

I reported what happened to the company and was told I’d receive a follow-up, but no one ever contacted me. I felt dismissed, and no action was taken.

This experience has left me shaken and has raised serious concerns for me about public safety and how the company oversees the conduct of its staff.

Fabulous products at great prices. I compared these guys to lots of white good retailers and they were by far cheaper. Delivery was prompt and drivers had a lovely warm attitude. Can’t fault them… will be back again . Thanks team AW.

I’ve just bought the biggest domestic fridge freezer I’ve ever seen, ex display, at a great price and not a mark on it!
I just want to add that the delivery team of Faz and Muj were brilliant, careful and considerate, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely guys. All round excellent experience.

Faulty appliances ,Been waiting 6 months

I had a great experience at AW Appliance Outlet. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered honest advice, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

I haven’t had a chance to use the appliances yet, but based on the level of service alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store. Great customer care makes all the difference—and they definitely delivered.
