Full marks to AW for the product and service. The initial freezer wasn’t the right size (my fault) but they took it away and replaced it with one that has been fine ever since. Overall, v trustworthy and easy to deal with. Fully recommend.

Great service from the beginning!! Friendly and helpful staff. They took their time to find the right products. The advice offered was very useful and supported me with making my purchase. Items were brand new and packed in original packaging when delivered. Drivers were super friendly too. Overall experience was excellent!! I purchased two appliances a few years ago and went back now for the appliances for my new kitchen. They’ve built my trust and I feel confident shopping there again. Thank you!

I have bought my appliances from this store on multiple occasions and have also taken my family to this store for when they were in need because of how satisfied I was with the products I bought, the price and importantly the service I received. Can’t fault the gentleman who took their time explaining what they would recommend for my needs and were very patient with my elderly mother helping explain what items suited her best.

They even managed to go the extra mile and offered me discount on my first purchase and as I have returned have always managed to knock something off the total. To say I was ecstatic at this offer is an understatement.

They even delivered my appliances same day and when I had issues with the manufacturers they helped on that front also.

There really isn’t anywhere else that provides such fantastic customer service and their reputation is a testament to how they have been around so long.

I’ll happily come back when it comes back to my kitchen appliances.
