A FUIR.... des voleurs.... nous n'avions pas de carte de crédit. Ils nous ont proposé d'ajouter 240 euros d'assurance complète, on a dit on revient dans 10 minutes, on réfléchit. 10 minutes après, quand on est revenus pour dire oui. La voiture était déjà reloue. Impossible de récupérer les 130 euros déjà mis. Le service clientèle ne répond pas et le personnel de la gare central de mikan HORRIBLE.

Il servizio è stato molto buono sia al desk nel momento di verificare la prenotazione che al momento del ritiro dell’auto. I ragazzi sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili ad ogni mia domanda.
Ho apprezzato di aver riservato un’auto di categoria superiore visto che quella prenotata non era disponibile, GRAZIE.
UN APPUNTO DA MIGLIORARE: visto che ho sottoscritto un’assicurazione completa, perché dovrei sottoscriverne anche una aggiuntiva per potermi spostere oltre il confine? Dovevo andare in Svizzera e mi sembra eccessivo sborsare una cifra ulteriore che nemmeno è menzionata sul sito nel momento della prenotazione.

Noleggio auto senza problemi
Il noleggio è stato fatto per conto mio tramite Allianz. Ho trovato personale cordiale e la vettura assegnata era nuova! Molto facile per la riconsegna ed molto comodo se uno ha bisogno di recarsi all’auto noleggio con i mezzi visto che quello che ho usato io è ubicato in zona Stazione Centrale di Milano. Comodo anche a questo punto per turisti.

Late pickup and tried to charge for existing damage
Was told to arrive at the rental place 15 mins early because in the email it says they may not give you the car if you are late. We arrived and they said the car wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours. When we got the car they said they had increased the booking for 2 hours for free, but it wasn't for free because the booking was still the same length I'd paid for but also I was unable to use the last 2 hours as I had a train to catch before the new end of the booking.
4 days after I dropped the car off they sent me a message saying I had damaged the car and owed them €300. They had put far more lighting onto the car than when you picked it up to really show any dents. Fortunately the person working at the rental place had told me to take a video when I picked up the car but it was very difficult to see if the damage was existing or not. However you could just see the dent previously so I sent a screenshot but they replied saying I had signed a contract to accept the previous damage so had to pay. I then pointed out that their employee had said that if I took a video that would cover me so supercedes the contract and they backed down. But overall it was the worst rental car experience I've had.

We are also sorry about the damage claim. The vehicle’s condition should be carefully documented at both collection and return. In your case, the video showed that the dent was already present, and the €300 claim was therefore cancelled.
We understand why the overall handling left you with such a negative impression.

So easy to book, car was as described and the staff were very friendly and helpful. car was clean, and better than anticipated. Very transparent with contracts and insurance. Really appreciate it and will definitely use again. Highly recommended to anyone travelling in Italy.

3 giorni a Milano senza problemi
Tutto regolare e personale molto cortese, ho dovuto solo aspettare un po’ il personale per la riconsegna alla Stazione di Milano Centrale e in arrivo le indicazioni data dalla posizione ricevuta sono fuorvianti, l’ufficio è nell’edificio della Stazione ma si accede andando all’uscita per Piazza IV Novembre e poi subito a sinistra senza lasciare il marciapiede.
