Great customer technical support
Great customer technical support
I had an issue using IFM UTG580 sensor. I received support from Jacob Hammer first where he connected me to Cory Engel for more technical support. Cory understood the issue and suggested a solution that resolved it in a timely manner. He paid attention to the details and offered the cheapest and the most practical solution for my application. I order the parts needed and tested them and it worked. It could not be better results than this. Thank you Jacob and Cory for a very pleasant experience with Automation24.
