I do not recommend this company at all
I do not recommend this company at all. This is false representation, plain and simple. They claim setup is easy, that you don't need any prior knowledge or programming skills, and that it only takes about 15 hours. None of that is true. I'm not an ignorant person, and it is nowhere near as easy as they describe. Saying no programming knowledge is required is completely false. I even had to go through other outside platforms just to be able to log in, which was far from straightforward. What's marketed as simple is actually very complex and requires far more technical expertise than advertised. On top of that, the training videos are poorly edited and hard to follow.
I purchased the Ultimate AI System in January 2025 and was never able to get it working, even after asking other
people to help me. It's much more complex than what they claim. When I asked for a refund, my concerns were
acknowledged but the company refused to make any exception, citing the time since purchase. I've since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and Quebec's Office de la protection du consommateur. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this company at all. If you're considering this program, ask hard questions about the real skill level and time commitment required before you buy.

Thank you for the response. I'm aware of the points you've raised, but I want to correct the record on the timeline, since it's central to this.
I explained the Facebook issue from the very beginning, not months or a year later. When I first spoke with Ryan at the time of purchase in January 2025, I told him directly that my professional Facebook page had been hacked and was not fully active. I was told this wasn't a problem. It was, and it still is: without a genuinely active, secure Facebook business page, ManyChat cannot be properly connected, which is a core requirement of this system.
The delay between my purchase and my refund requests isn't a change in business priorities, as you characterized it. It reflects the months, and in parts of this, years, I spent trying to work with people around me and with Facebook itself to recover access to my hacked account, so I could actually attempt the setup I had already paid for. That process was exhausting and largely out of my control. In the meantime, I was also paying for a ManyChat subscription every month with nothing to show for it, because the integration never worked.
So to be clear: this was flagged as an obstacle at the outset, not raised as an afterthought, and it was a technical limitation on a page I did not have secure control over, not a lack of effort, understanding, or interest in using what I paid for.

1. Your Ultimate AI System was purchased in January 2025, and your first refund request was submitted in September 2025, approximately eight months after your purchase. Your most recent request came in July 2026, about 18 months after enrolling. While we always review refund requests carefully, it is not standard business practice for digital products or online training programs to issue refunds many months or more than a year after purchase, particularly after customers have had ongoing access to the platform and support. Applying our policy consistently ensures fairness to every customer.
2. We also want to clarify that no programming or coding knowledge is required to use the Ultimate AI System. The platform is designed to be no-code, and tens of thousands of customers have successfully implemented it without writing a single line of code. If customers need assistance with setup or integrations, our support team and live Office Hours are available to help every step of the way.
3. The use of third-party logins and permissions is also standard across modern software. Connecting services like Facebook or Instagram requires granting secure permissions between applications, which is common practice throughout the industry.
4. Our training is delivered through step-by-step recorded demonstrations that show exactly where to click and how to complete each process. We recognize that everyone learns differently, but this format has helped many customers successfully launch their AI systems. We also host Office Hours 5 times a week where you can jump in and get live help from our experts via Zoom if you are having a hard time following training videos.
Finally, we reviewed our support history and confirmed that we responded to every support request we received from you, including providing password reset assistance whenever needed. In your initial refund request, you also shared that your business was no longer moving in the direction the program was designed for, which we understood as a change in your business priorities rather than a technical limitation of the software.
We genuinely regret that the program did not meet your expectations. While we must apply our refund policy consistently, our support remains available, and we'd still be happy to help you with the Ultimate AI System should you ever decide to continue your AI journey.

We're genuinely sorry that your Facebook page was compromised, as we understand how frustrating that situation can be. However, this was an issue with a third-party platform and was not caused by or related to the Ultimate AI System itself. While Facebook is one of the platforms that can be connected, ManyChat supports multiple channels and use cases beyond Facebook, and our team is always available to help customers explore the best path forward based on their specific situation.
You also mentioned that no one helped you. We'd like to better understand that concern because, according to our support records, every support request we received from you was responded to, and we never intentionally left you without a reply. If there was an instance where you felt you didn't receive the assistance you needed, we'd genuinely like to investigate it further.
We'll be reaching out to you by email to review your experience in more detail and see if there's anything further we can do to assist you. Our goal has always been to support our customers, and we'd welcome the opportunity to better understand your concerns.

Sucked Dry
Would be great to know that the Many Chat they talk of as part of their program isn't free but twice as much as they even talk about later. I've $29. bill annually and $39. a month otherwise. I'm trying to make money and everyone keeps thinking I have more which I do not!!!!

While their price change came as a surprise to us as well, we do make every effort to be transparent if any tools needed. We hope to not always require people to buy outside tools like this, but as long as we do, we will continue make sure customers know before purchasing.

I was really surprised to get a call…
I was really surprised to get a call from Joe. He was very courteous and helpful. I used a different email to sign up with Bot Builders than I did to watch the webinar. He fixed the account, so I no longer get emails to the wrong account. I have already begun watching the training. It is a lot to take in, but I have learned that hard things do mean impossible things and I am not alone. I will be asking when I get stuck. Thank you for working out the kinks, so that someone like me, who is NOT a techie, can learn this for my current business.

I signed up For the ultimate AI course today I had the first introduction the one on one with Nick and Matt. The conversation was very informative Ed was not script He was a two-way conversation throughout the onboarding session. They were able to answer a lot of questions that I and of the customers.
