Koi Pond Automation
I worked with Brook, one of their Application Engineers to add relays for the 230v pump attached to float switches for a safety control for my Koi Pond. We are also adding a button that will turn the skimmers off when feeding and turn back on automatically after 30min. I had ideas and a little experience with control systems. Brook reviewed the design and offered suggestions for the best components to bring this idea to life. What an excellent experience. Looking forward to putting it all together and adding automation to my koi pond.

I needed your product to ship next day…
I needed your product to ship next day to me and I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it on a Thursday evening and you site said estimated delivery of the next day. It didn’t even ship and I didn’t receive it until noon on Monday. Why didn’t it deliver on Saturday? I paid $98 in shipping! This lost me a customer!
Also you name is Automation 24 which I assume means your available to fulfill orders 24 hours a day. Very disappointed in your service!
