Kit mai consegnato, soldi persi. Una truffa.
Ho ordinato un kit android che ho pagato ma non mi è stato consegnato. Il loro partner per le spedizioni (HR Parcel) dichiara una consegna in un orario non reale perchè la destinazione che è un negozio a quell'ora è chiusa. Così ho perso i soldi e tempo. Evitate di farvi truffare. Loro prendono le distanze dal corriere, ma è il loro corriere di fiducia, non il mio.
Dopo la loro ignobile risposta, sono ancora più arrabbiato. Scrivono che il prodotto è stato consegnato, ma le stesse recensioni del loro partner nelle spedizioni sono scandalose e alludono a centinaia di casi come il mio. Eppoi, come possono consegnare quando il negozio è chiuso? Falsità. Inoltre, questi truffatori cinesi affermano che c'è stato un problema con l'indirizzo e di come lo avrei scritto. Buffoni! nel negozio arriva più di un milione di euro di merce all'anno con le stesse modalità. Mi hanno scritto mille volte che avrebbero guardato come fare ma nulla. Sono sempre le solite aziende cinesi che frodano il prossimo. Tutto qui. Questa è la realtà. TRUFFATORI. Probabilmente il corriere e 'sta azienda di cinesi sono in affari per truffare il prossimo. Sono stati bravi in questo modo aggirano anche PAYPAL con la finta consegna. Ladri.

Box doesn't start anymore
I had a problem with my box it didn't start anymore so I turned to customer service my contact person was Estella she helped me with everything and sent me instructions how to do something to make the box work again and it worked I am very satisfied with the customer support!

Still New to the Product
CarLinkKit Product bought on Amazon. Package came well and the instructions are clear, you search for YouTube you will get a lot of videos on how to connect and so on. But Updating the firmware I had some difficulties, from the site when you download it takes me to version in 2023. And it was getting stuck to update the firmware. So after a little research found out for the latest version you have to send the email to the Support team from there you can update the firmware using Offline Method. Even after updating I had difficulties with connection and loading. At the end it was a simple thing as the cable which came with the device in the box was a faulty one. So I changed the cable and now it is working fine. Throughout the time the support team ( Coco) was there giving advice.

When i placed an order i got a message Saying the product I ordered was out of stock. I let it go but after some time I started to worry. In my case Nikki was the one helping me. Unfortunately support is not quite good. After advising me to change some settings, I could not connect anymore to Android Auto!
Then I has been informed that my device has become faulty, and that I need to buy a new one!
I am hereby asking for a complete refund, please.
